So sad at this place, the debit machine is very very sensitive, I didn't even feel that I touched it and it gave them an $8 tip. When I said that was a mistake, they said it wasn't, that I pushed it and it wasn't their fault. I know it wasn't but they did nothing to help. So sad, they just plain said, their is nothing I can do... enjoy your $8, no empathy, no customer service...

Stopped by Michoacana with my mom the other day, and it was such a sweet little outing. She had the pistachio ice cream and couldn’t stop talking about how creamy and flavorful it was—it brought back memories for her, which made the moment even more special.
I went with a mangoneada, and wow—it hit all the right notes. Sweet, tangy, spicy, and super refreshing. They didn’t skimp on the chamoy or Tajín, and the mango was perfectly ripe. Honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time.
We loved the variety, the friendly service, and the colorful atmosphere. It’s one of those spots that always feels fun and nostalgic. Definitely coming back soon!

I was there march 30th the cashier meybelyn had an attitude. she spoke very low i couldn't hear what she was saying and still gave me attitude cause i couldn't hear her.She needs to look for onother job.or get training on how to talk to customers. Plus the fresas con crema we ordered weren't filled up completely like other times .Definitely not worth what we paid for very disappointed this time, especially with her attitude.

Today, 4/12/24, I went in the afternoon at approximately 9pm to buy a crepe. I only ordered it with strawberries and my mistake was not checking my order before leaving the store because oh surprise what I saw when I got home. A complete lack of respect, a literal bottle of Nutella was thrown out of spite so I only tried a bite and started to feel bad. The girls, who are all young, do not provide good service and also have fun doing these evil things to people who are only going to buy a dessert. It's a shame that a family business that once had good quality is lost in this way due to workers who don't do their job well. You will never go to this location again and I do not recommend it due to such a bad experience.

The establishment is clean, all the Michoacan restaurants sell the best Mexican snacks such as chicharrones con cueritos, tostilocos, esquites, elotes, palettes and many more things. Many people frequent these establishments to refresh themselves with a fresh water or a snow of many flavors or to enjoy some spicy tostilocos these restaurants are highly recommended.
