Little Caesars Pizza

m really disappointed with my experience at this Little Caesars location. I placed an order for two pizzas, which should be quick and simple, but I ended up waiting 30–35 minutes. That completely defeats the purpose of “Hot-N-Ready.”

There was no update, no apology, and no sense of urgency from the staff. If it’s going to take that long, customers should at least be told ahead of time.

By the time I finally got my order, the whole experience felt frustrating and unprofessional. Definitely not the fast service I expected.

I went to buy a lunch pizza, arrived around 1:50pm and they had 2 pizza's ready. They are understaffed and the lady that was helping at the cashier took long in the back grabbing an order which when she started helping me it was 2:01pm, when I asked for the lunch pizza she said she was not able to sell it to me, then started asking someone in the back what she could do, she was giving me the run around, 3 minutes later, I was upset and just told her to keep her pizza. If you already have it out-there why not sell it and not make a big deal. I left the store without a pizza. I am a customer for years at little ceasars and today I was dissapointed.

I bought cheese bread it is 5$ and a couple cents more expensive than before but not cheese no good quality

Currently writing this review as I'm still sitting and waiting for my order.... What was a 15-20 min wait for a classic pizza and Italian bread cheese bread has now turned into a 35 minute and counting wait time. I went in at the 20 minutes mark and they told me it was still pending, then I to in again at the 20 minutes mark trying to be patient and they still tell me they're waiting on the Italian cheese bread? Absolutely terrible service. Everyone is running around the back kitchen area like chickens with their heads cut off! Save yourself some time and make the drive a little further

Food is good here just one big problem the online order portal to pick up food has been down for months …..they blame it on homeless people trying to open ……please CEO or manager please help with this issue

The pizza is super thin like eating a tortilla.
And the cashier checked my 5 dollar bill like it was fake umm ik it's your job no problem but she was so disrespectful about it

Went in on 3/20/24 for a simple order. Guy tells me ready in 20min.........took 1hr to get food..after checking up with him...he said 3 more minutes...took 20 more minutes ..food was mostly cold when got home 3 minutes away...in @820pm out @ 922pm...not going here anymore..
