Today I went on the morning I use the kiosk to order a Ice coffee it didn't give me a receipt I was waiting for my order then a guy just put a Ice coffee on the counter he didn't say the number or a name then I went to cashier I ask the employee how is in the picture if that was my coffee she said I don't know she ask the other employee and he said I don't know then she comes and tells me to taste the coffee if it was mine I was like how I'm going to taste something I just tell her check on the computer This girl dosen't have a good customer service

He went above and beyond with the customer service I didn’t get to catch his name ! He deserves some kind of credit bcs I will be coming back here bcs his cool attitude

Its pretty good atmosphere here, lots of people, customer is nice.
This is maybe the 4/5 time I come now and they park me so I can wait 20 minutes outside for my food. I always keep it together but today when I asked why has it been like this they say to “not backtrack other cars” so have me wait right. This isn’t the 1st or second time it’s occurred everytime I come now. And to top it off they forget items ALWAYS!

Waited more than 15 mins for my food. Service is really bad. Never order inside is very slow Order through the Drive-Thru much faster. A big line and the cashier walking off people are getting so upset standing more than 5 mins there. I also asked for my refund and she talked bad rude AH. Manager and workers have a bad attitude. If you don’t want to work take the day off.
