I don't know where the negative reviews are coming from, but my experience was positive. I walked in on Saturday morning for a cake, and the lady greeted me in Spanish, saying she'd be right with me. She took the cake I selected out of the fridge and asked if I needed a birthday sign. The cake was delicious and the service was great and I paid with a credit card.

I liked it a lot but lately the prices went up so much that I no longer made the bread very expensive and now that they put the supermarket there I can go grab my cheaper bread

Don't come here if you only carry cash and don't have EBT! This location really needs to start accepting Debit/Credit!! I refuse to keep coming here if they can't upgrade their systems!!

More expensive than if you went to Portos! 21 dollars for 5 loaves, the girl does her calculations without saying anything, only what her brain tells, it seems disrespectful to the consumer not to show prices. And the worst thing is if you ask them the price of the product or why they are charging so much, they give you attitude.

This bakery is becoming more EXPENSIVE every day, everything is so expensive! 4 loaves $9 dollars better to go to portos I think it's cheaper there. Very expensive!!

Very unprofessional establishment. They made a mistake on the color of the cake (wrong color) and they had the audacity to say they did not have time to fix their mistake. Whoever is in charge at this establishment clearly does not care about their customers. Go somewhere else if you have an event and need a cake. We had to get a refund and now have no cake on the day of the event. Not worth the hassle as they do not take their customers serious. One less customer after many years. Very upset.

Super disappointed I asked for a green and Ivory rose cake they gave me a blue and white rose cake and they refuse to make it right BAD Customer Service!!!!! Never ordering from this place again ruin my nieces birthday
If I could give this place a 0 I would 1 star is too generous. First I paid 6 dollars for 3 breads 1 concha 1 cuerno and 1 cuerno de azucar the price was insane to me for 3 pieces of bread. The breads were hard and stiff not good at all the concha was ok nothing special not good or bad just ok. Please save yoour money and go to another bakery this place is overpriced and npt good.

What a filthy place, the windows are disgusting, it seems that they don't know what a broom and mop are, the service, not to mention just as dirty as the place itself, flies all over the bread. They even have stale and old bread at bone clearance on sale hahaha that's ridiculous! 0 stars disgusting ? ? the cakes have more foam than bread! horrible taste, it has so much sugar that you don't know what flavor it is. And even with hair included. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, IT'S A DUCK. The supermarket has much better bread than here, even Luceros bakery is a thousand times better. At Porto's you can order online and pick it up without having to wait in line. Well I say if you want real quality.
