I came the the bycicle casino only for Sora Sushi. I enjoyed the sushi got me the three cut set lobster roll, blue crab roll, shrimp roll with my Sapporo beer of course.

Sora Sushi at Parkwest Bicycle Casino is a hidden gem. Given its location in Bell Gardens—tucked inside a card room—I didn’t expect much. But I was genuinely impressed. The quality of the sushi is top-tier for the area, and it has consistently delivered fresh, well-prepared fish every time I’ve visited.
What really stands out is the value. Compared to high-end spots like Blue Ribbon at The Grove, Sora Sushi offers nearly the same quality at about half the price. It’s a no-frills spot that over-delivers, making it a great find for sushi lovers who care about freshness without breaking the bank. The most crazy part about this place is how there’s literally usually no one there!
Service was good but not great, it took a little while to get some food out and they gave us some food that we didn’t order, which I actually didn’t mind because it was still super great.

Amazing sushi at incredible prices. Secret menu tip. Try the shrimp handrolls with soy paper. Very legit. The seared salmon belly is also awesome. I heard the low prices were helped by the casino to get people in the building. Doesn't matter as long as I now have a go-to place for sushi. Lol

This place is located inside the bike casino and it's actually spectacular!! Their fish is so fresh and tender and melts in your mouth foreal!! Juanita helped me in ordering and recommended the full set along with some handrolls. She was so nice and walked me through everything. I usually only love eating salmon but literally every fish I ate was just amazing and didn't have weird fishy aftertaste but also their salmon was literally like butter. Anyways if yall get the chance to try this place you must!! You get dinner and games!

I really appreciated how fresh everything was, and it was a nice touch that the chef came over to chat with us, ensuring we were comfortable with our choices. We were actually super impressed by what a great deal this all was. You get so many great cuts of fish in these sets and the quality is top notch. This style is more close to the style in Japan too, focusing on the purity of the fish as opposed to the creative saucy rolls we have over here. We'd definitely go back for more!

Mouthwatering and tasy sushi all around. I got the Full set and Big Eye Tuna sashimi. I loved every piece of sushi given, and especially loved the salmon sushi and the amazing ponzu sauce it comes in! My server and bartender Victoria, was so sweet and funny as well. Will be back again and again now!
