Went to purchase a gift card for a Christmas gift through the drive thru today and the workers were extremely rude not helpful and seemed as if they didn’t want to helped me. I asked to see the Christmas gift cards and they were extremely rude about it. Horrible customer service.

I asked for a remake and they made my drink as well as explaining to me that I ordered the drink wrong and then proceeded to explain how they make it and how I ordered it wrong. I just said it had too much milk

I come to Starbucks almost every day, but this location is by far the worst. I stopped by just to ask for a cup of water, and Angie refused to give me one unless I bought something
even though I had already made a purchase earlier that morning. On top of that, her coworker was standing in line chatting with her while customers were being ignored. Terrible customer service and attitude. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

I love coming to this starbucks because its the little messages that make my family and mines day. Its always fun to see what type of interesting messages they have; from a simple “yum” to “enjoy :)” to funny messages like “chai-ai-ai!” Thank You!

My pregnant daughter got denied the right to use the restroom as well as a drink of water. Due to Starbucks new policy. You gotta buy something in order to use the restroom. I came into to the store to make a purchase so she can use the restroom and get a drink of water. Pulled my wallet out to buy a cake pop when a very rude employee who claimed to be the store manager by the name of Jazmin decided to open her mouth to tell us to go and use the bathroom over at Panda Express. I said I’m not asking for your opinion so please don’t give it to me. I’m already making a purchase. She insisted and I had to tell her twice not to give her opinion if not asked to give one. Then she proceeded to say I’m going to decline your transaction cause I’m the manager cause you came in here saying f this f that which at that point she was just putting words in my mouth. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A STARBUCKS I must say. Is so sad to see how Starbucks puts people with such low customer service skills as managers. She’s supposed to be trained to deal with people and diffuse situations not make them worse. Hope no one else goes thru this type of treatment. Went to DUNKIN DONUTS after and my daughter used the restroom and they gave her a big size cup of water with no minimum purchase necessary. DUNKIN DONUTS are the best plus their coffee, refreshers and drinks menu are by far better than Starbucks I recommend anyone to try them and you will never buy from Starbucks again. Guaranteed!!!
Watered down matcha latte, and my double shot espresso with half and half tastes like 90% milk and 10% espresso. On top of that they forgot to add the dolce cold foam I asked for. Waste of money.

Really poor communication, staff did not disclose drink would be incomplete and proceeded to hand me an incomplete drink w9th missing ingredients instead of notifying me I could have gone to another location. Asked for a refund which they gave me.
Mobile Ordered a Brownie, croissant, and a chestnut praline frap. It was supposed to be ready between 7:26-7:35 the latest. I get that they've been busy and don't mind waiting. But it is currently 7:38. The girl placing the finished order asks my name and I gave it to her. She starts asking the workers to make it. They take even longer so I asked for a refund. She looked annoyed and told me to do it at the register. The girl at register told me I couldn't do it. As I'm waiting for them to give a refund, the first girl shows me "my drink" and tells me, "here's your latte", I looked at her because she held a hot drink, not a frapp. She looked irritated but she even repeated my order and said frapp so how can she mess that up? There's another girl that is there who is super nice and welcoming but the current girl working the finished orders, has a bad vibe.
Mobile ordering here is pointless if they're not even going to be done in a timely manner AND they mess up and still act like it's your problem. I frequent this place and it feels like lately it's starting to he as a bad as the commerce location.
