I am a fan of the habit. They make great burgers overall. This time around was probably the best I have experienced. I ordered online, left on time but got caught behind a freight train that caused me to be 25 minutes late for my pickup. I kindly ask then manager if they could remake the 2 burgers and she happily ca agreed. Other than that, the burger was just out right delicious. Everyone enjoyed their warm food and I am grateful for the manager. Thank you again!

Came in to order food was asked by Lizette if I could order on the kiosk, i said I’d rather place my order with her. I don’t think she was happy about it slammed my cup on the counter guessing she got mad because i didn’t want to use the kiosk.

Tell your cashier to take orders rather than rely on the computer. Also $20 for a burger, onion rings, and drink? Insanity. It tastes good but after this last trip ima stick with another burger joint.
