I have loved Winchell's donuts since I was a kid I don't think there is any other donut company out here thus far that can top Winchell's donuts. They have gotten a bit pricey over the years I guess but the business has to change with the times so I do understand.

Poor service very rude female working there. I asked her please give me a coffee half regular and half French vanilla . She said no !! The French vanilla creamer is over there!! I said no I’ve ordered this coffee all the time. She said no!! She kept arguing and I left never again. Bad customer service!! Never argue with a customer!!! Hire more friendly staff that want to work there. Like the one in commerce !! Super friendly !!

They usually have good service but in my recent visit at about 10:30 pm the worker couldn't hear me well, I ordered a pizza bagel and it was heated for 10 seconds so it wasn't cooked at all and had to heat it myself at home.

Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground is flat so you can enter with wheel chair through either side.

The last 3 out of 4 times they mess up my order...donuts...they don't speak English. I point to donut, I know the names, and they give me the wrong one, today I didn't the fourth one I ordered??? It's not like I'm ordering dozen. They are always busy making breakfast sandwiches. They do greet you.

I haven't been to this donut place in the early morning for a long time, I had had a bad experience with the staff, but I was pleasantly surprised to be served by a very kind and very cordial employee. I think that many times a smile changes the whole perspective. What do you have about the place, I didn't notice the name but it was very kind.?

the milkshakes here taste Bad. I ordered a raspado and they gave it to me with no flavorings just ice. Only come if you want a donut or coffee.

Always out of natural juices, they should make more as soon as they are starting to run out. Not to keep the freezer empty.
