Make sure when you go there, make sure your order it’s correct because they just give you whatever they want, also the managers need to get trained to know how to resolve problems!!! If I could give -1 starts I will but I can’t the worst wingstop and the worst experience ever!!!

11:00pm Bell gardens location was such a disappointment, I went with a group of coworkers to enjoy a quick meal and was completely caught off guard with the incompetence and lack of regard towards the patrons. We received our order incomplete and then we were questioned if we “ate” the meal, all while we barely received the order in a two minute check. All this while the woman looked at our plus size coworker up and down while making the “well did you eat it comment” we all work in the food industry and couldn’t believe the disrespect and on top of everything we still had to wait over thirty minutes for the meal that was missing.

We order wings from here about once a month (my teen eats here more often) and it's usually pretty good. Usually.
Today (Aug 26, 2024) was subpar. Maybe just a fluke. Hopefully...
I order online and arrive moments later. The guy at the counter asks for the name on order, tells me that my order is almost ready and hands me my drink cups. I get drinks and sit to wait. And I wait. And wait. And wait some more. 3 other orders are taken at the counter. Those 3 orders are out before my food (nothing big, just 2 6-piece combos, mind you). Over 20 minutes pass by this point and I get up to ask if my food is ready. I see a bag that has been sitting there for who knows how long. I ask the girls at the counter, since the guy is no longer there. They assure me that my order "just came out." Unsatisfied with their answer, I put my hand in the bag and touch the fries. Cold. Not even lukewarm. Straight up COLD. Well, maybe the genius who decided to put cold ranch on top of my fries is the cause, I thought. I get to my car and check in on my other food items. Everything cold there too. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!
2 cold 6-piece boneless combos for $31. Unbelievable... as I sit here writing this review, I am reheating my son's food and my food. And you know that reheated wings and fries (especially) just don't taste as good.

I have the Wingstop app and always order ahead. I'm always in and out, and my food is always hot and fresh. My go-to is currently a 10pc classic atomic with a side of veggies and ranch. ??
Online order took 40 minutes to make when it was supposed to take 20 minutes. Cashiers at registers are unnattentive and just stay in the back chit chatting instead of working and helping out customers.

We order a 15 classic 8 mango n 6 bbq all bad super dry and had no sauce i had plain chicken , I called for a refund and manager said she packed them and did had sauce yeah right nothing they just gave me refund for the mango habanero really bad service
