My daughter got a Oreo cappuccino blast and it was very nasty, bitter and over all we were very disappointed. This was the first time ever this has happened.
We would go to this location almost 2x a month and get a range of items from ice cream, the cappuccino blast and banana royal. It usto always be 100% delicious now I truly doubt we will be back.
I'm not sure if it was a new hire/employee but they have never messed up a order this bad where it taste nasty. For us to never want to go back.
I'd recommend any other location but this one.

Couple weeks ago one coworker his son and myself were in the area and decided to stop by to grab a treat,. This place has many flavors to choose from and very tasty ice cream. I would definitely have to come again and try a different flavor

I came earlier today and was happy to go since I haven’t been to this location for a long time. I walked in and both ladies welcomed me which was nice but the girl that helped me out was rude. Don’t know her name but she has black hair and is kinda tall. She asked me “Is whip cream and cinnamon okay” instead of answering, I kindly asked if she made me the caramel cappuccino since the caramel one comes with caramel drizzle on top not cinnamon. I asked just to make sure but instead of her saying yes or no she just asked again in a rude way “do you want cinnamon or caramel?” She ignored my question. Then when she came up to me to hand me my drink I kindly asked for my receipt which she was rude once again because she just left it in the counter and walked away. The entire time she had a serious face. Maybe she was having a bad day but that doesn’t give her the right to be rude to the customers.

The employee at this place her name is Jackie is very rude she doesn’t like her job she gives the customers really nasty attitude when we were placing the orders she showed us a really nasty attitude we canceled the order and left
Very nice, friendly, and respectful young lady who attended us tonight. Around 8 p.m. she was very patient with my children gave us all options they had. Definitely coming back here again.!!

Very nice and everything I’ll give them that. When I walked in the lady was charging the customer and touched money, which she then still continues to attend another customer by serving ice cream and touches their ice cream. They also, touch the cones without gloves. They never once went to go wash their hands or anything which is very disgusting because money has a lot of germs. They both served customers without gloves and that’s dirty. I don’t think it’s okay for them to do that knowing that there has been the pandemic people should be a little more careful and be clean.
