I asked respectfully if they could fry my childs chicken stars well done, first off they ignored my request at the window. Then they gave me the stars like if they were heated up in a microwave. I was not rude in any way so its hard to comprehend why a simple request was to much to ask for.

What the hell is going on in the last two weeks during the early morning hours (between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.) They no longer serve you at the drive-thru because they just tell you they don't have the system and that they'll be back in 10 minutes. If they're not going to provide drive-thru service in the early morning hours, then announcing that it's closed just makes you look stupid.

Placed order online because it says it's open 24 hours and I get a call saying they're closing and that I need to cancel it when I'm unable to and I don't know if im gonna get a refund or anything.
