I am very surprised management would not honor there free dipping dot promotion. As they informed us we needed a receipt that we never got. Though after a good time they honerd there offer. Location was pretty packed. Pizza is below mediocore. But there wings are on point. At least the kids wont get lost. I would get the unlimited pass. If you come more often

Making party reservations is so easy. I need it to change the date 1 week before the party and It was so easy and fast. Party set up was on point! My grandson love it!

I have been calling and writing for 4 months and no one has ever answered me. I need to remove my membership because my son's not live in usa in i can't used . No one has ever helped me. Now Chuck and Chees says will put me in collection wth
My son found a thumb tac inside his salad . A thumb tac !!!with the metal point and everything. Do you know what will happen if anyone let alone a child would of swallowed it??. I spoke to the manager name Liliana about it. JUST PLEASE DONT LET YOUR KIDS SERVE THEMSELVES AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SALAD BEFORE YOU CONSUME!!!!!!!!!

I'm a creature of habit and is always skeptical about trying new places. I'm accustomed to the chuckys in Torrance 90505, and let me say the atmosphere here was chill. The restroom, dining and play are was also clean. For a Sunday evening, it wasn't overcrowded. I did not order any food but did see them wearing gloves when handling the food area. I'd definitely visit more often.
