The food and place was good but customer service they need to work on . The employee at the prices game stand was rude kept rushing and didn't let my kids choose what they wanted she kept giving us attitude. Then it came time to take pictures with Chuck e cheese and the employee was letting other kids take pictures with him but when it came time for my kids to take pictures with Chuck e cheese she just said oh sorry he took the last one and pushed my son and daughter and left so disrespectful my kids left crying this restaurant needs to teach their employee to give better customer service last time coming to this location I rather take my service somewhere else. My first time at this location and it will be my last I had a bad experience.

The only thing that I was a little upset. Was that the old robots of the characters? Are gone but I do love the new upgrades. My kids had a blait was really nice. I love the new dance floor can't wait to take my kids back again. And they upgraded their games as well, great food price prices. And bundles. Definitely worth five

Brought my 5 year old daughter to Chuck E. Cheese and I was very impressed how the staff was very polite and cordial. Everyone welcomed us in a friendly matter. Kudos to the cashier "Anna" she was very nice and gave me suggestions about the packages. I really liked how friendly she is towards the customers. I also noticed her restocking all the salad toppings at the salad bar. I really like how clean and well kept the place looks.

A lot has changed since the last time I came here(like 2010) I like the new point and time system they got. Don’t like that the animatronics are gone but the new bouncing Area was cool my kids had fun. The staff was friendly and attentive. The pizza still is mid but the kids don’t care. I’m just glad they serve beer ??
