I bought a Don Alejo platter, total disappointment, the food has no flavor, the chicken, the asada and the carnitas don't taste like anything, apart from the fact that they serve very little food for what it costs, too expensive and for them to give a meal tasteless, oooh and the last thing they don't give enough sauce, the truth is I'm very disappointed since it had been recommended to me but I won't order from here again and I don't recommend it!!!

I had placed an order for take out. Which was during lunch. I order the carnitas. Which I almost fainted with the horrible smell. This had happen before. I gave it a chance and they screwed it twice. Terrible slow service as well. So after I spoke to the manager she told she would replaced them for another plate. So I go and she had me waiting for 30 minutes and I spent have my lunch waiting. Terrible service ? Won't go back again. Might is well go to the Bell Gardens Pescador. I will talk in person to the Ortiz family. To waste time talking to Mercedes the Manger. Service sucks!

Been coming here for years. They usually have good food. Today The female manager said my card wasn't going through yet My card online was showing that the money was deducted so then I asked her to give me my card back and she wouldn't hand it back to me as if she was asking me to punch her in the face! Then she was rude about it! Very disappointed. I think they lost me as a customer. That was horrible customer service!!

I really CANNOT rate the terrible service they gave me, the super bad food, a cold and hard breaded fish, a 4 seas broth according to which they prepared it with butter, they had NEVER given it to me like that and of course arts fatAnd finally a molcajete with stiff and cold meatAnd to top it off, a waitress who was rude and not at all friendly because I made her see her mistakes started arguing with me.Really disappointing!!I do not recommend this restaurantI would never come back here
My wife and I are really picky when it comes to a Molcajete and are pleased to announce this restaurant has a top tier Molcajete. The shrimp were not the tiny 1 inch shrimps. It included 4, two butterfly and two bacon wrapped. The bacon was really crispy, huge plus. The chicken and asada were good quality, none of that grey/discolored low quality garbage that some restaurants cut corners on. The chorizo was great as well, was not that poor quality pork that leaves an after taste. The cheese was delicious. The salsa was pretty great too, I prefer it to be a bit spicier but my wife was happy with it so smiles all around. I will definitely be coming back for another. Really difficult nowadays to find a place with even just a decent molcajete but this Pescador was more than great. Highly recommend!As for atmosphere, I did knock down a star since the locale is a bit small (small parking lot as well) and the music was a bit too loud. Had to repeat myself a few times while conversing during the louder segments of music. Service was great, our server was very attentive and food was quick.
