Placed a phone order of Menudo because I had been craving some so bad and it did not disappoint! My first time trying this place and it was delicious. They were super busy but customer service was 10/10 very fast, friendly, and attentive. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu

This is your quintessential, no-frills Mexican restaurant—simple, authentic, and packed with flavor. The gorditas are excellent, but the true showstopper is the menudo. Hands down, my favorite menudo in NELA.

Great tasting gorditas. The chicharon are my favorite. They also have a tasty habanero sauce make sure you ask for it. My wife loves their chilaquiles (green ones) since they have both. The food actually taste authentic and homemade. I always see people taking menudo to go seems like it's super popular on the weekends. Never tried it but seems like everyone else loves it.
