THEY DONT ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE. IVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR 15 MINUTES ABOUT MY ORDER!!!

I try to go here at random times of the day so I know it’s not a specific time of day ! A handful of times I drive over to boba time and it’s closed! 2pm , 5pm, 7pm, do they close for the 5 minutes I show up and open when I leave?

Do the smoothies have alot of sugar in them?

The moment I walked in it was soo hot and it takes long for the drinks to get here and they are already hot

10:30pm they're suppose to close on Friday night. Came here after work, drove even further out since this location was supposed to be open. Arrived at 10:17pm : Young female and young male said they closed at 10pm giggled as I walked away disappointed. I understand they want to go home, but it's a job not their own personal business. Change your hours if you truly close at 10pm!! Where's management?

Quick service, clean place, employees were a little too busy to interact with anyone. But overall good place to go for Boba

The acai bowls are good and so are the macaroons. Sometimes their drinks are off but it's cool.

I think you guys see clearly what's wrong with this bowl. I paid $20 via door dash and this is what I get? Look at the small portion of acai. I could have gotten a combo meal with that amount of money. Also I asked you guys kindly to please blend the peanut butter in the acai mixture and you guys were too lazy to do that? Come on. Also the receipt clearly tells you guys the special instructions so no excuses. People, please go to Juice It Up instead. Their pricing is cheaper and they give you a better portion than this.

They have really good drinks here, I always get the taro oreo shake. They are pretty fast and the service is good. They also have a rewards system which gives you $6.00 dollars off any drink you want. They have ssluggish, shakes and Thai teas, so much selection

We picked up our order at "It's Boba Time" and had a mixed experience. When we arrived, the place was quite crowded, and finding parking was a bit of a challenge, end up parking at the back of the store which is kinda sketchy. The service was moderate; the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the number of people, which resulted in a longer wait time than expected.

Despite the initial hiccups, the boba drinks were worth the wait. They offer a great variety of flavors and the quality was good. If you're planning to visit, be prepared for the possibility of a crowd and limited parking options. Overall, a decent spot if you have the patience for it.
