All of these 5 stars are jokes, the times I go to this jack they always forget something. I went today and ordered a few items including a kids meal and guess what they forgot to pack it 😭 but I’m not surprised please Do better jack employees!

Horrible , guy working overnight focuses only on drive through orders. Ordered online to pickup and line was long. Pressed the button at the window thinking it was faster … dude said give me a minute too many at drive thru …. What about pickup???? Slow slow slow slow!!! I ordered my food online at 3:30am , I go in at work at 4am. App said it be ready in 10mins. 4:54am and NOTHING , never picked up my food.
All I asked was for some curly fries and they gave me regular fries they weren’t even fresh they were stiff the staff was lazy to make more curly fries gave us attitude and old fries
