I ordered at the kiosk and noted I'd be eating in. I input the table number I'd be seating at and was told my order would be brought to me. Then I noticed my order was waiting at the counter for who knows how long. They called the number but never the name on the receipt. I have the McDonald's app. So automatically, it shows my name on the orders I place. Anyways, the nuggets were cold and almost stale. The fries had no salt. The soda was watered down. Lastly, the tables were super dirty. I probably won't be visiting this place anymore.

The service here is the worst. They take so long to give you your food, and when you do get your food it's cold and items are missing.
Update: Once again the worse service. I came to this McDonald's because of the convenient location. They brought out my food, but of course missing items. I told the employee that the cheeseburger happymeal was missing. I specifically said plain cheeseburger please look at my order. When we got home the cheese was missing from the cheeseburger and the apple slices again were missing from the meal. I tried calling to speak to the manager, but no answer. I think I'll sacrifice driving further than to keep going here. Seriously please improve your service!

I've asked several times for extra toppings AND got charged for it for my McFlurry. They give you the same amount as one with a normal portion of toppings. Small thing but it's a BIG annoyance when it's done multiple times

went to get an order, 2 eggs mcmuffin and two small coffees. The girl was talking on the headset about her trip to Tijuana and taking orders, I told her two small coffees without sugar since my parents are diabetic. I only ordered 12 cream outside, 6 for each coffee He only took 6 cream and 6 sugar, I told him I didn't want sugar, I wanted cream because my parents were diabetic. He got upset and yelled at me saying you have to say you wanted cream.
I told her, but because I was talking on the phone, she didn't pay attention, she put the cream on the counter, obviously I reacted the way she reacted. I threw the cream back at him demanding my money back.

Drive thru worker told me to go wait at curve side pick up when there no people waiting but one car and no one inside waiting. Waited over 10mins had to go inside to ask what's taking long for my order manager told me she wasn't informed that employee had told someone to go curve side pick up that she had just clocked in. Nvr again bad service
charging for ranch even though you made a purchase is crazy!!!! & they take forever to take your order they just watch you stand there and come when they’re done messing around
