Very bad customer service They make a stick with my order. I spoke to Jaime, the manager, and he hang up the phone to me and never answer a call and fixed my order. That’s a really bad customer service for Manager. I will never order or recommend anybody here.

Made a phone order for personal pizzas for the family and come to see that they automatically charge a tip and it was a carry out order. I don't think I will ever order from this place again!! Make sure to check your receipts because that is ridiculous!

Terrible service. Don’t use the drive through window to pick up your items! They will forget about you. It has happened to me TWICE in the last month and employees are not professional and will laugh at you for confronting them. Completely unacceptable. Will not be returning to Pizza Hut!

Thank you, pizza hut. You and the rest of the pizza shops have encouraged me to learn homemade pizza. Now we have pizza nights, with everyone doing their own custom pizza and wings. I only spend 10 bucks. Pepperoni and chicken breast. I no longer spend 100 on one pizza 1 topping 8 wings and extortion fees.

I ordered a gluten free supreme pizza 12 minutes later they call me and say they don’t have gluten free. So I tell them to give me the regular one. When I get there my order was ready but did not give it to me right away. 10 minutes later they ask me for my name and said they had my order long time ago. I get home and I opened my pizza and I see a pepperoni pizza! This is unbelievable!! I called to tell them they gave me the wrong pizza and they let me waiting 2 times for 15 minutes and then they hung up on me. I just wanted them to refund me the price difference and they did nothing but ignoring my calls.
