What a bad experience I had at this restaurant. It's the first time I've eaten here and it was the last. The employee was very rude, what bad service, and they also gave me an incomplete order. If I could, I wouldn't give any stars.
AI taking drive-thru orders is terrible. Need a real person. Or not. I asked for BBQ sauce from the AI and from the young lady. I still got buttermilk ranch. Just because I am white doesn't mean I want Ranch.
My spicy tenders aren't even spicy. I feel profiled.
Purchase 2 chicken sandwich combos and the meat was room temperature and the fries cold, very disappointed because I love Popeyes đ

Employees were super bad, I was going with my little brother and my mom and we had to walk a lot when we arrived. The employee treated us very badly and we only had a 100 bill and she wouldn't accept it. Please, they are famous record restaurants and they don't have change. I'd better go to Pollo Campero or Chick-Fil. They're friendly there and the chicken tastes good and there it's worth paying a lot for their chicken.

Girl at the drive thru window is rude. Didnât get her name but this was 1/30 around 12:30 ish. Had an attitude for no reason. Didnât give me my drink and shut the window. I waited for her to come back and asked her for my drink she stared at me like I was lying. I showed her my order and she just says âohâ. Also I ordered boneless wings and all of them were bone in. Didnât notice till I got home and it was too far to go back.

we waited so long to get our food they parked us. If they are not taking the order because they have an automated voiced why they took so long we waited more than 15 minutes to get the food :/

They always park the cars when they have a simple order and they are having an automated voice taking your order. It's kinda sad when this is supposed to be fast food.
My husband and I have been coming to this place since it first opened. Loved all the chicken at first, but now when you order the 10 piece box original thighs and legs, they say they don't have it until I show them every time on the window!!đĄ. Then they make u park and give you cold old chicken with breast and wings. You need to check your food before you leave. They also have a computer taking your order and the employees there are rudeđŁ. Prefer going to KFC in Maywoodđ. Always great chicken!!

I was not given a receipt by staff and was overcharged about 5 dollars and employee/staff was rude and unprofessional on the Popeyes at 5133 E Florence Ave Bell,CA 90201 United States. Avoid this location the employees working there are very rude, impatient, and have no courtesy. I was not given a receipt but after the unpleasant experience I had ordering I did not want to argue more and did not think much of it until I realized later that day I was overcharged for no particular reason this explains why I was not handed a receipt. I wish I would of checked the location reviews before coming here. I kept saying thank you to the employees after the bad experience of ordering and they kept ignoring me. It sucks because the food is great, it is just the customer service.

I don't understand why every time i go i have to deal with my order being wrong, always sold out of mac and cheese or cajun fries, even getting a wrong drink and going back inside to get my correct drink to still get the wrong soda AGAIN!
I was excited for this Popeyes to finally open years ago so close to me but honestly wrap it up and close down. ANYTHING else could do a better job here.

I want to thank Monica the manager for looking into how the rewards program is currently setup at her particular location. The food is great but what brings me back is how hard the team works. Monica really came through for me because I come here at least twice a month and the staff noted how my rewards weren't applying correctly and they did a deep dive to ensure that I'd be able to make the app work for me.
Now I know to order my rewards meal separately versus all on one ticket.

This place sucks especially the people working there. Thereâs one in particular sheâs dirty. She cleans the dining room and then doesnât even bother washing her hands or put gloves to touch other peopleâs foodâŠ
The other day I saw her going back from sweeping the floor and she immediately started touching food, thatâs gross. She also gives A LOT OF ATTITUDE!!!
I have had A LOT of issues here, I tend to drive a little further like Washington location because of their nasty customer service here.
They donât follow directions, corporate should step in!!!

I went to Popeyes on 12/25/24 at around 4:00pm their was like 5 cars in front of me in the drive thru I ordered a 6 piece of bone in chicken wings and a chicken sandwich with out mayonnaise I got my order 45 minutes later when I got home I opened my order and saw that I received 4 pieces of cold and old chicken nuggets and a cold chicken sandwich with extra mayonnaise and instead of chicken I got batter patty wen I called the restaurant no one answered the phone I had to drive back to the restaurant and showed the manager all she said was oh thatâs boneless wings all I have to say to Popeyes is that they falsely advertised their chicken sandwich the sandwich I received doesnât compare to their posters outside the restaurant and when it comes to the wings all I could think of is that the restaurant is stealing from their customers

This has to be the worse of the worse we waited in the drivetru lane for more then 35 mins , we still had to wait for 15 min for the guy to take our order we finally ordered and when we try to pay the cashier tells us they donât have any. More change and itâs so ridiculous that the cashier was so lazy to ask the manager and I even told him come on over we been in this line for over 35 mins and he said oh well I donât have change with a little attitude and a smirk . I just drove off after driving to 4 different locations of this establishment. Very disappointed and I would never return.
