Pretty sure my bionico came with fermented, old cantaloupe. Bitter and pungent. I would have sucked it up and accepted it if the damn bionico wasn't half cantaloupe. Gross.

I ordered a strawberry shaved ice and the strawberry was spoiled, it tasted horrible and I asked for another shaved ice and it was the same, the fruit was spoiled. But the lady who serves was very kind, I definitely won't be back there, thank you 👋

Raspados were pretty good the greñuda which is shredded cucumber, carrots, beets and jicama were a bit dry maybe if they add some tajin and a bit more ?

We love coming here, we have never had such a bad experience as today, the lady who served us was very rude, she got angry, talking bad about the customers and laughing, she didn't care that we talked to the owner, I can buy anywhere with my money, but they have to to take care of your clientele It was Sunday, June 25 at 6:30 p.m.
If y’all are in a HURRY to get anything from here on a weekend , remember that for some reason this company only has 1 person working, so have patience. And the lady working here does work fast. She’s nice and friendly. The speed she has I haven’t seen anywhere else. They do need to close later at night . They be closing too early .
