I would give a -5 if possible. My nephew wanted some Starbucks and obviously it’s something he saw on TikTok, tell me why the dude taking his order named ANTHONY gave him so much attitude. I made him order it to learn ppl skills . ANTHONY had the audacity to ask “are you done?” WTH is this , this place needs training in soft skills. This is the worst place ever !

The supervisor ELISA doesnt know how to speak to customers, shes rude and sarcastic.And refuses to share managers contact information. For someone with such bad behavior is a supervisor’s position is disappointing. Most unpleasant experience ive ever encountered at a Starbucks.

Theres a blonde white lady there that was just so rude. You ask her for the most simple request and she gives you a nasty confused face like if what you said was the most difficult math question. Needs better managers. She does the same with other people. If she doesnt like it there and treats customers that way she should really quit. Overall the other baristas are amazing and the food is amazing but i feel bad if that blonde lady is their manager.

I placed an order of 3 coffees and 2 pastries today. I sent my boyfriend to pick them up, and the 2 pastries were there, but the coffees weren’t. He asked for the coffees and one of the baristas questioned him, asking “Are you sure you didn’t send someone to pick them up already?”He said “No, why would the breads still be here if I did? I ordered the breads with the coffee”The barista then said “Ugh, this is basically free coffee”.Trying to imply we were trying to swindling them.I asked my boyfriend if he saw the barista’s name tag, but he didn’t pay attention to it.I wish he had.Honey, if you only knew, I’m in no position to have to or want to swindle anyone out of coffee.It’s not our fault your team doesn’t pay attention to who picks up what ??♀️**What made me post this was the fact that my gingerbread latte( that I’ve been looking forward to trying) was weak. I feel like her attitude influenced how my coffee was made**

Bought a black vacuum insulated cup , drank water off it and straw was defective. Came to exchange it, Elisa who is the leader there asked what’s wrong so I demonstrated and she was treating me weird after I demonstrated what was wrong with the cup. She said “ I would exchange it for you but you are using the cup in front of me and I can’t take your used cup. “ .. doesn’t make sense to me. She told me to go back Monday when’ another leader was on duty to take it.
