Went to get a sandwich at 8am on November 27,2023. She made the sandwich messy, didn't wrap it properly, smashed the sandwich and my husband told her that wasn't the proper way to wrap the sandwich and she said that's the way they showed her. To do a sloppy sandwich, fold & wrap. So sad now I'm eating a smashed sloppy sandwich. I come here often I'm guessing she is new but she needs to be taught better.

Better off making your own sandwich. Good thing it was 50% off. Chicken on one side veggies on the other. No avocado extra onions when I said less, only thing good is that I'm not hungry. They used to be good but now I rather drive 10 mins extra to other location

Meh. I'm better off making my own sandwich tbh and I probably should've.I'm super patient and always give people the benefit of the doubt but I'm obviously paying so I wanna taste a sub that makes my mouth [email protected] the food was subpar the customer service was pretty bland. I had walked in and no one was taking my order. I'm no king so I don't expect total treatment but I literally waited for roughly 10 minutes and no one was at the front.And when they got back they didn't apologize, they took their time putting on the gloves and even acknowledge me but what was the last straw was I at least tried cracking a joke to show them that "hey it's okay, we all get busy" but they didn't even laugh at my joke. IM FUNNNYYYYY lol so at that point I just placed my order, watched them make it horribly, asked repetitively that I did not want pickles after they asked "so you said you wanted pickles?".I sat down to eat and the person who rang me up went back to the back and the line grew.I would've given one 1 star but the joke I made up made me laugh so I'm gonna give it 2 stars for my humor service.Bland Food, Horrible Service, Bad Environment, No Humor.

If I could place a big Zero there I would, moving past that I placed an order from the catering service, ordered 10 boxed lunches, placed the pick up time at 9am, but once I arrived home I immediately call them to change my order pickup time from 9am to 9:45am just a little bit of difference. My issue is that when I tried to call them there wasn't a pickup nor a return call regarding my messages, an I mean multiple messages with no response. I have my own business and the thought of not responding to customer, is irresponsible, and at the least to say unprofessional.

Woke up supppppper hungry, so my man and I decided to place a pick up order through the app around 4am. Both of our sandwhiches were incomplete. So that was really disappointing, what are we paying for if we're not getting everything we're paying for. Yknow ? Times are tough and spending any meer $20 over food should be well enough worth the price. This was not. Staff was friendly but doesn't beat the fact that they should really pay attention to detail. Overall, would I recommend this location? No. Cookies are good though

I love coming here the place is clean and the workers are really nice except the lady named Angela she always has a bad attitude and today she rolled her eyes at me just because i told her to switch my bread i really hope someone can talk to her because she makes the place look bad and i don’t feel comfortable ordering with her.

This place really sucks I always order a chop salad and a different locations they always comply but in this one they are so mean and rude they don't want to work say that they don't sell anymore chop salad and that's a lie I barely came two days ago and I bought one from them
