If I could give 0 and less stars I would!!!
I have gone to pick up my pizza and had it delivered. The pizza is decent. I won't be going here again. They didn't make my pizza correct 4 of the 6 times I ordered. When I picked up it was oh so sorry let me make it right.. when it was delivered and not what I ordered I was told that was how I ordered it. I know what I ordered. I know what I like and what I can eat. I was insulted and told I was a liar. The manager was horrible. He refused to admit that a mistake was made. I told him several times what I wanted. As all the other times and still it was made wrong. I've never been insulted and ripped off like this. To make a mistake is not horrible. To argue with a customer and refuse to fix it is fraud.
I hope they go out of business..
I see your response. I don't know what camera footage you saw. This was a delivery. I did not throw any pizza at him.
I have explained that When I went to pick up pizza other times and it was wrong, the one incharge then was apologizing and remade it. I understand mistakes happen. All I asked was for my pizza to be replaced. The whole order was over $35. I couldn't eat any of it.
Now you post a lie.. saying that I threw the pizza at him?? He needs to understand when someone orders a pizza we know what we ordered. Don't argue with me. Don't call me a liar. Don't take my hard earned money and rip me off.
Maybe a call to better business bureau is now necessary ...
Today, I decided to take my dog for a walk and make a stop at Te Amo Pizza to support our local establishment. While waiting to place my order, I was approached by some staff members who informed me that dogs weren't allowed inside. I can't help but mention how disheartening it felt to see the cashier's reaction upon noticing my dog.
As a long-time resident of this community, I have fond memories of growing up and enjoying meals at Jim's Burgers on Gage Avenue. I’ve always had positive experiences there, and I know the owner and his family personally. I’ve always felt welcomed, so I was surprised and hurt by the treatment I received today. Even a customer who had complimented me on my dog's behavior seemed disappointed with how things unfolded as I left.
My dog was calm and well-behaved, which makes the rudeness of the employee even more puzzling. It's disappointing to feel unwelcome in a place I had hoped to enjoy. To Te Amo Pizza, I genuinely hope you can reconsider your policies regarding pets and how guests are treated, as this experience has impacted my willingness to return.
Great pizza the al pastor calzone has canned pineapple in it not my fav
Ordered buffalo wing for all BBQ. I’m allergic to BBQ.
First time here with my family and just as the recommendations from my friends it was extremely delicious and the customer service was amazing too… the pizza is delicious 😋
Pizza is so tasty!! Try the al pastor. It's worth the Xtra money. I was pleased with their pizzas, fresh ingredients and fancy top notch pizza.
You would think when ordering the family special. You could get the pizza. You want...You were told they couldn't do it so I left....the place was empty...Sad...
On valentines day I wanted to surprise my kids and wife with heart shaped pizza, I called to ask if I had to pre-order bc I understood that they'd be really busy that day, I called in at noon, lady said that yes I had to pre-order and i had pay for my order over the phone then she asked me that if at what time I'd like to pick up my order so I said 7pm.. everything seemed perfect.
When I showed up to pick up my order there was chaos in the restaurant. Cashier was very rude and seemed overwhelmed, which was understandable bc of the amount of unhappy customers that were in the restaurant. I go up and ask for my order and they tell me they didn't have anymore heart pizzas and had also ran out of wings, my order was prepaid and I expected it to be ready. I had to go to a different pizza place as a last resort and bring home regular pizza. The mismanagement at te amo pizza ruined the surprise I had planned for my family... didn't even get an apology from any staff.
Feb 14 is chaotic in this place, they all need a bonus after pushing out the orders that they were able to complete. Kudos
Normally really love the pizza here and I was trying to order through the phone but was put on hold for over ten minutes, only to realize that they were closed when I checked the website. Totally my fault but the hours online said it was. Please update!

The best pizza in town!
I been coming here for years and love the place...the service is a problem... i went in today around 2:30.... order...and the short lady has an attitude. Not my fault you're short staff.... but we were sitting there for awhile and no drinks were brought to us and when I told her she got an attitude.
I paid $70 for what I ordered. I just wanted to have my daughter drink lol.
The al pastor pizza caught my eye even though I didn't try it I'll be back to try it .. great customer service.. we got the chicken Alfredo and calzone 🔥 the appearance so lovely so much love ❤️
Too expensive
Used to love coming here for pizza. Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill.
We got recommended the bomb breadsticks. Asked for them without jalapeños. We got them with jalapeños. Let the lady know and we thought we were gonna get new breadsticks, all they did was removed them from the top. We couldve done that. We got jalapeños on the side since I am the only one that eats them. She grabbed the cup and I told her what you doing. Her smart remark was I thought you guys didnt want jalapeños.
Wont be coming back. If I want smart remarks. I rather call my ex and hear it from her.
