First time at Wendy's and had the Wednesday meal. Its a nice location with plenty of parking. Self ordering kiosk available. I like the kiosk because it's perfect for someone like me that gets nervous and rushed when decided what to get. 😅

Incompetent staff . The only worker with the key to the bathroom for customers takes a 30 min break in the employees restroom with the key in her pocket. Then proceeds to be rude and take her time opening the door after she finally gets off the toilet and comes out

I like the diner but the only problem is there's too many homeless people trying to hang out at the lobby that needs to kick them out that's a shelter close to the shopping center

I went there asking about their promotion, and they told me they weren't selling it yet, so I asked at what time should I come back, and she said after 11:00 am, so I did only to find out that they weren't sold out at 11:02 a.m. no wonder the drive thru is empty.

terrible customer service, wouldnt let me change my cheeseburger to a chicken sandwich, when asked to speak to the manager, a short female hispanic, she proceeded to tell me that it was not possible, i had to purchase a whole chicken sandwich because she does not know how to do her job!!! not only did she reach into my bag with no gloves, she took my burger and handed me THE SAME BAG SHE CONTAMINATED !! 10/10 would not recommend,
