This place was so cute and tasted amazing! We came to visit Tiburon for the first time and came across this cute spot. The staff/ owners were so sweet and helpful. The ceviche and arroz con leche were 5/5. I would definitely come back when we’re in the area. 10/10 spot!

Believe the reviews about Lola’s being bland and lacking flavor. I went to Tiburon for business and was excited to try Lola’s. Cute building and lovely atmosphere but the food just wasn’t good. My plate came with rice and beans and they tasted like microwaved leftovers from last week. My taco’s were bland, lacked any discernible flavor and tasted like cardboard. The red salsa was the only saving Grace and was the only thing that had any flavor. Weird interaction and vibe from the owner. I really wanted to like this place but it just wasn’t good, at all.

After cycling up a quiet side street to Lola’s for lunch while waiting for the ferry from Tiburon to San Francisco, my wife and I chose an umbrella-shaded table on the sidewalk outside and placed our order inside. I got a vegan burrito and my wife got the Guadalajara Fish. The rice in both dishes seemed like it was whole grain; the black beans in my burrito were fresh and not runny as in some eateries; and both dishes were hearty in size. My wife’s dish lacked the mushrooms purported by the menu, and mine lacked the added guacamole for which I paid extra. The food was above average—fresh ingredients, and free of the excess oil and salt in many other establishments.

No authentic Mexican food. Way to expensive the flavor is not even close to to the real thing. I guess for the location you can call real Mexican.

Excellent little place. Friendly service, a small sunny patio and best of all amazing food. They have an extensive vegan menu as well as a seafood burrito to die for. The homemade bottles of salsa were very tasty. The enchiladas and taco plates were so good!
