It's a Carl's Jr. so it is what it is in terms of food. It's a convenient place for me to stop when I travel between LA and Arizona.
Thst said, the staff is GREAT. Unfailingly polite, cheerful, and helpful. Much more so than I expect at a typical fast food location.

Salvador the shift leader was a greta help honesty I habe visited most location in the chochella Valley and always had prolbems with bad attitudes and felt in a hurry to choose what I wanted but no here in bermuda dunes great attitude and so helpful especially help me to uploads my rewards to get greta deals iam going to keep comeing here to this store 😀 great job Salvador the shift leader

It is almost as if you are trying to stop customers from giving your Carls Jr stores business and thusly monies. I just sat in your drive thru line on my FINAL VISIT. I won’t bore you with suggestions for your A.I. drive thru, that is bad enough and slow enough as it is…but once your order is finally placed, then the wait begins. Today I had 3 vehicles in front of me , but often, when I visit your store on Cook Street, there is NEVER anyone in the drive thru…but then there is the wait.
The Drive thru, which was invented in an effort to speed up the delivery of service, with your reward being more customers served faster., and thusly more revenue.
Ironically, if you park your vehicle in the lot, get out of it, lock it, walk in and order it “takeout” in much less time…because they are ALWAYS empty inside.
Your stores have managed to FAIL at the one thing you should strive for.
I am dumbfounded by the performance of your stores. And I’m not just picking on the ones here in the Coachella Valley, I had identical experiences in the Phoenix market. So clearly your system(s) have gone backwards, and need addressing.
Meanwhile, I’m going to do some research and figure out how to short your stock, because this clearly cannot continue very much longer.

Terrible location can't get orders right. For a $26 meal they can't even get the fries right and they can't answer the phone and corporate can't answer an email. I'm never going to carls jr again

I bought 2 famous stars w/ cheese. They were perfect, nothing special, but when made correctly u can't go wrong! And right now there buy 1 famous star, get a 2nd for 1$.

This has to be the nicest & cleanest carls ! Absolutely the best service . I really love coming to this spot is never busy and the employees literally remember our order every single time. 10/10
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Had to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru just for them to take my order & another 10 minutes at the window when there was no one else in line or in the restaurant at 10:30am. Terrible management & terrible customer service. Undercooked burger, excessive mayo, no napkins or condiments. Bad all around.

Great and quick service. Everytime I go the food taste fresh and hot. The young man at the front provides and amazing customer service always ending with a my pleasure makes me always want to return. The service is definitely one top notch in comparison to the other Carl's Jr establishments in the valley. The crew really make eating out an amazing experience.

I went through the drive thru at 2:15 am and the person working the speaker told me they were on break. I asked if somebody wasn’t on break and they said the chef wasn’t but they didn’t speak English and the break wasn’t over until 2:45. That was it. No solution to the problem. I wasn’t going to wait 30 minutes to place an order when I’m the only person in the drive thru in the early AM. So I had to go to Castenedas downtown the street where they have enough staff available to take my money. I don't blame the employee at Carls. I’m sure they were just following the orders they were given by management. But what a stupid way to run a business. Staff up Carls.
