I placed my order with the AI, and it was repeated back to me. The burger was absolutely terrible, worse burger I have ever had, not worth a penny, much less Carl's high prices. Store attendant lied and said I ordered something else. No more for me at Carl's, the quality doesn't exist anymore.

Stale food , soggy burger, no condiments, took 30 mins to make a burger n onion rings with the meat still soggy and pink. With no other customers there. Even the refresher beverage was way past sour too many pumps of syrup

Kaitlyn was amazing. She is a multitasker and did a wonderful job with a smile. She was doing drive thru, front, and fries, etc. I’d like to thank her for all her hard work. It was just her and the cook. It did take a while to get our food but I just wanted to thank Kaitlin.

Just tried to order two breakfast sands for six bucks per their special advertisement, and got ripped off. They overcharged me and said the two for six dollars deal is only good for sausage sandwiches but my wife ordered a bacon sandwich so no deal just overcharged for barely edible food, omg

Friday afternoon at this Carls finds a staff of two working. So they take one order from drie thru or walk in and then the two staff workers do nothing to take your order because they have to fulfill the one order they took. Not the fault of the two workers but Carls, at least this one, cannot be called fast food service. Avoid this location
Ok boys. Here we go Main craving for me is always star & western bacon. Single Patti only. Waffles fries rock. Love the lil bit punch with there bbq sauce Tried the beer battered fish sandwich today. Spot on. Very well. Crispy fish Patti w lettuce & tarter. A 9/10 for there fish sandwich. I usually dine in/ eat there. An ok restaurant. Very nice & professional here

I dined in and ordered a Famous Star and the food came out very quickly and was happy to see the place so clean! The was was very friendly and the server even took my tray to the trash when I was finished
