The machines were trying to keep up but the heat was too much I think. But, I’ve been here a ton and it’s always good service and cold blizzards.

It's DQ how can it be bad. Always a treat to go there for a cone or sunday. The kids that work there have always been great.

It's Dairy Queen need I say more. The place is good enough when you desire a blizzard or something sweet.

$20 for 6 ice cream bars. You can see on the register that they are actually $16 (rip off to begin with), plus an additional $4 (girl could not explain what that separate charge was). Just another greedy owner.

I don’t expect much from DQ these days…and with this low bar, I’m still left disappointed. “Customer service” worker is on the phone and she then disappears for a few minutes while we are at the counter waiting to order. There is no one in the facility other than my husband and I at this point. We notice there’s a tip jar for “men” and “women” prompting the question of “Who tips better?” which is a battle for another day. Now to top it all off, the one item I wanted, and mind you it is advertised in at least two places inside the facility, was “not available” at that time. Bare minimum indeed.

Worst place ever. Received a gift card and I used it once and it hasn't worked since. Staff says their gift card machine isn't working! What!?! are they talking about. Called corporate office and they sent me a new card to try...that one didn't work either. What a rip off!

The girl name Sheyenne is very rude very disrespectful after I told her my order was not right does not listen to peoples order she started telling us that we were the ones the order the wrong thing, ice cream was like water was over charge for a small shake I didn’t order and she started to yell at us and say she was not gonna make the order again that we need it to leave, ask for the manager and she said she wasn’t not there, how convenient for her. I don’t recommend this place is bad customer service, so disappointed in DQ is not what it used to be, even if is “privately own” as she told us….
