Food was fine. Waited 45mins from the time we placed the order until it was actually ready! 20 minutes in the drive thru, then we were told to wait out front while they made fresh fries.... were they peeling the potatoes?? Cuz 25mins sitting out front is crazy! Not really FAST food at this point.

I order a buttery smash with extra pickles and get no pickles. Also fries are not salted and there are zero onions on this burger either. Did not follow directions. Lady at window who cashed me out was pleasant at least. Do not recommend

It's a good Jack in the Box, but something is always a miss. One time I went the soda was flat. Another time the fries were cold. Another I was missing an item. Just want that consistency

Really hit and miss, as far as the service goes. The manager on duty makes all the difference. I've had times where I order and my food and it's freshly made and in my hand in 5 minutes and other time when I ordered fries and just fries and nothing else. literally went grocery shopping, came back, and they still didn't have my fries ready.

I did an online order said it would take 8-10 mins. Once all said and done waited AT LEAST 30 minutes not sure exactly but there was only 2 cars waiting in line.

The staff is so amazing here! They took a little longer once with our order and they gave us a free desert. Another time our dog was in the car and they gave us a free chicken tender! They are always so sweet and amazing friendliest jack in the box crew in the valley specially the night crew!
