I'm going to be real, I was exhausted, tired, and real depressed after work today and only came because I didn't have it in me to make food. Elise was so bright and happy over the intercom it just made my experience amazing and I don't think that's common these days in the service industry. I made a point to get her name so I could do this review. If anyone from corporate sees this, treat her well. She's a gem. <3

I ordered a bucket of extra crispy. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. I was the only customer there. The extra crispy was too crispy but the original wasn’t crispy enough. Something in between would have been perfect.. lFC has always been on the pricey side but I’ve always thought worth it as a treat and this was no exception.

I stopped by for lunch mid-afternoon and the place was empty. Before I even got to the point of placing an order the guy behind the counter started giving all kinds of attitude. Didn't have the chance to catch his name because I turned around and walked out. To hell with that. Maybe he was having a bad day. Or maybe he hates customers. Maybe that's why the place was empty. In case the management cares, it was Wednesday afternoon. The guy was a middle-aged Asian dude. If he was the manager, I'm surprised they're in business at all. Good luck.

I Ordered regular chicken tenders. They tasted sweet I didn’t like them and they refused to switch them

I don't like a man who take orders at the drive thru, he looks like an Asian guy wearing glasses and a hat, he insulted & laughing my sister who has a disability, speaks incoherently when ordering food. It really wasn’t nice & not professional in your work .

Bad review only because when I pulled up to the window and I got my food, the gentleman working the window slam the window before I could ask for any dipping sauces for the Tenders, when I open the bag there was no sauce and not napkins.

Ordered online and the staff just never wants to make sure that the customer is getting what they ordered all you need to do is follow the receipt. Missing a mashed potato and gravy large. Order was under brittany. Thanks for making me waste my money.

Hello my name is Richard and me and my wife came here her name is Jessica Clayton also I came here with my wife because we are hungry but no money without a hesitation and employee and another employee got us a meal to eat that was so unbelievable. I couldn’t believe it and not only that atmosphere around here is totally awesome. very humble people. I couldn’t believe it me and my wife almost cried, but this is why I serve and have served for this country because for people like that to be able to buy a meal for somebody and not someone away from having email I will forever support this KFC franchise and I do believe the people on shift deserve recognition I am a business onwner I do and own n&j headlight restoration llc if I don’t see that these people got any type of recognition Josh, manager Desiree Estrella no, they did not put me up to giving them a review. I’m doing this as the kindness of my heart because they did not turn anybody away from a meal I paid out of their own pocket. This is why I fought for this country and this is why this in the military so people can have a chance hope to hear something positive.

I actually got a great order of extra crispy chicken when I went. The biscuits are still like hardened hockey pucks, but that is a given. :) 05032022: The biscuit was great this time, lol. 12/5/2024 Hard as a hockey puck biscuit and dryly made extra crispy chicken, mashed potatoes with the consistency of wood filler; 🤦🏽♂️.
