I see why this place is always empty. This is the second time I have gone and not received all of my food. Today, I ordered the 4-wing special, and when I got home, there were only two wings. Last time, the drumstick was missing from the wing, although the lady in the drive-thru was very pleasant. I called 12 times and received no answer on the phone. I then called customer service, and they offered a $5 voucher to be mailed to my address. I hung up the phone and decided never to go again.

Ordered a 16pc family meal and it only came with 8pcs, the chicken was dry. I tried calling the store to sort it out but they don’t answer their phone. I don’t recommend unless you want substandard chicken and to get ripped off.

The selection of food isn't my favorite, especially after getting rid of almost everything I enjoy (double down, nashville, etc), but the service is always really good here. I've always experience extremely helpful and nice staff

I have been craving some old school KFC... We'll what a disappointment... Redeemed the free bucket but paid almost $20 for combo size sides and mini cake. Bought 2 day old hard as rocks biscuits and the chicken tasted reheated. NEVER AGAIN... KFC IS DEFINITELY ON OUR DO NOT RETURN LIST!

I went through the drive thru. I ordered one chicken breast, coleslaw & a biscuit. She suggested it would cost less if I got two sides. I said ok but c hose Mac & cheese which I really didn’t want. When I opened the bag to put the coleslaw in the fridge. NO coleslaw, but was given mashed potato’s instead which I can’t eat. I also donated money for their promotion!
The food was cooked to perfection. The only thing I did not like about it is they have the kiosks where you're supposed to order and since I'm from the 1900s I like to talk to somebody to take my order. There was one person that came to the counter that did help me after a while. I can't believe that chicken has gotten that expensive over the years but it was still very good. I would recommend it.

Rude girl at counter. Seemed extremely hard for her to be cordial taking my order and made me wait, seemingly on purpose, a long time to get a spoon for my coleslaw after receiving my order. Walked by me several times and wouldn't ask what I needed. No one else in line or waiting. Another employee from the back finally asked me what I needed. Just a simple soon!

Nasty over salted overcooked chicken. What happened? Spent like 20 bucks here and all the chicken that I got was over salted dry

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had plus if you ever ask for anything off of the online menu, it seems like they get mad at you for even having that idea

Great service.
I'm going to be real, I was exhausted, tired, and real depressed after work today and only came because I didn't have it in me to make food. Elise was so bright and happy over the intercom it just made my experience amazing and I don't think that's common these days in the service industry. I made a point to get her name so I could do this review. If anyone from corporate sees this, treat her well. She's a gem. <3
I ordered a bucket of extra crispy. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. I was the only customer there. The extra crispy was too crispy but the original wasn’t crispy enough. Something in between would have been perfect.. lFC has always been on the pricey side but I’ve always thought worth it as a treat and this was no exception.
I stopped by for lunch mid-afternoon and the place was empty. Before I even got to the point of placing an order the guy behind the counter started giving all kinds of attitude. Didn't have the chance to catch his name because I turned around and walked out. To hell with that. Maybe he was having a bad day. Or maybe he hates customers. Maybe that's why the place was empty. In case the management cares, it was Wednesday afternoon. The guy was a middle-aged Asian dude. If he was the manager, I'm surprised they're in business at all. Good luck.
