It took 30 minutes to get two iced cold brews. One of the drinks came out 10 minutes before the other one. They weren't making drinks in order or full orders at a time. When I asked about my other drink the employee just said they were busy.

I don't prefer to come to this starbucks because it always takes forever. But for some reason, my regular drink costs 0.75 less than at the Starbucks across the street. So I decided to put in my order ahead like I always do on the app and since I know it takes a while, I got gas, talked to my mom, and my order was due at 4¹², so it being 4²⁰ I was certain it was ready. Didn't see it in the counter and figured it was the one she was making. So I wait, but come to find out she is only just starting my order. So I wait. Finally my sweet bliss arrives. Then I realize it wasn't prepared as requested. She then messaged me another the correct way and let me bring the incorrect order along with me as well, which I certainly appreciate. Overall, from the time I ordered at 4pm, I left the store at 4³⁰ but on the upside, I paid 0.75 less than usual for two of my usual (pretty much), so guys I can't complain too much about that. So I agreed a star to my original review

please do not touch inside the cups with your hands. if you take cups out one by one you only touch the outside. when you take out two and separate the cups by holding them from inside with bare hands, you are violating safety rules.

I like my Frappuccino. The extremely kind and friendly Japanese barista was one of the best I've seen. Shun Good guy.
So first off when I walked up to the stand the girls were talking so I didn’t wanna bother them but after one of them consistently looking at me and not being acknowledged I asked if I can get my order taken as I was in rush she seemed like she didn’t wanna take my order So be it though but when I got home I looked at the drink and tasted it and you can tell they just rushed my order because they were annoyed that someone Interrupted their conversation normally I don’t care about this kinda stuff but if you really trying to rush my order because I asked if you can take my order I’m not ok with the pettiness and I asked for extra caramel tho I’m not sure if they drizzled the cup with caramel or not because some do I’m just not sure on that

Your better off going to a real Starbucks out side... my drink doesn't even taste like coffee, and wasn't the one I ordered. It tasted like sugar and milk. Also the young lady making the drinks had an attitude.
