I don't prefer to come to this starbucks because it always takes forever. But for some reason, my regular drink costs 0.75 less than at the Starbucks across the street. So I decided to put in my order ahead like I always do on the app and since I know it takes a while, I got gas, talked to my mom, and my order was due at 4¹², so it being 4²⁰ I was certain it was ready. Didn't see it in the counter and figured it was the one she was making. So I wait, but...
Service was fine. Order was ready quickly and was very tasty. Place is very small, but, with no dine-in allowed, it's not currently an issue. My only issue is the decor, or lack thereof. I certainly hope that it will be made a more pleasant place once we emerge from COVID-19.
I don't even know why I come to this store. I know what's going to happen. Yes, every single time I have to wait about 25 minutes for my drink. Customer service is good the drinks are good it's just that wait time. It's ridiculous!! Can't blame them though if I know this just don't go there. So if your in a hurry just go to another.
