As a cookie connoisseur..they tasted older/reused. They had hard exterior and a firmer interior and carried a stale aroma. The chocolate chip was hard and salty. Good chocolate though The strawberry cookie was ok, lacked flavor The sprinkles cookie tasted raw even though it was overcooked…it tasted like egg and flour, and the sprinkles like the used soapy spoon in the sink. The s'mores one was just the chocolate chip with marshmallows on top.
If this review reaches anyone: do not buy until this company sells fresh, heated cookies and improves the recipe. Thanks!

Smells terrible in the store. It should smell like cookies not chemicals. The prices on the menu are wrong. I don’t care how long the menu has been wrong fix it or honor the price. Also the cookies leave a gross taste in your mouth, kind of a weird chemically aftertaste. I will not be back!

I originally thought this was a random spot for cookies, then realized it's a chain starting in LA, which makes way more sense. I think the vibe/culture is wasted on the aging demography of Coachella valley. Makes sense why I never see it busy. That said, I love the hip hop theme and the cookies are bomb! Thick and full of flavor. Can't eat them not warmed up because they do harden quick. They get four stars because the storefront set up seems bare and uninviting. There isn't a menu, minimal signs to navigate me through the experience and a random fridge with what I think has cookie dough but has no description. Even the stickers you can purchase have to price listed. Just get cookies and bounce, that's all you need.

Worker was polite and helpful. She said the cookies were baked this morning which for me unfortunately it’s hard to believe. Once I saw the cookies I didn’t even opt out for not getting any. I opted out for getting one less cookie because I saw that they were older and overcooked. It was offered for the pastries to be warmed up, however I didn’t want them warmed up because I like to eat them later as a sweet treat. Once I got in my car I tried both flavors and they were rocksolid. Way to old to be sold. I’ve had these cookies before and I love these cookies but unfortunately I won’t be returning. $15 for three cookies is the new normal I get it, but it would be nice if the consistency was there. Annoying having to have paid $15 for olddd cookiessss whatttt im upset. Was really looking forward to these cookies.
