Mediocre cookies with a side of cultural appropriation by extreme right wing/fascist owners.

Not a fan of their theme/decor, but the cookies were pretty good. Thick cookies and glad I came on a Sunday and got 8 cookies and a drink for $20.

The customer service was fantastic! I got the fatty with a purple drank. The cookies were warm and delicious. Go get cookies especially now that Halloween and holidays are just around the corner.

Was tempted to give it 3 stars but fortunately the cookies were really good. We had gone next door to wrap shack and saw this place. The picture of the Puerto Rican flag had caught our attention. Got our food then decided to come in here for something afterwards. The inside is cool and the theme is sort of cookies like if they are edible or the place is like a dispensary. The inside was nice and of course the cookies were good even though $5 bucks a pop but quality and taste is what kept me from going lower than 4. Reality it was the girl who helped us out that almost completely killed it for us. She didn't really know much about who ran the store or the story behind it. she didn't even really care to be working there. She was young so of course this job doesn't mean much to her. Not saying she had to go above and beyond but both of left like uh ok. I mean we initially went inside because we were intrigued by the look of it only for the girl to kind of kill the experience.

The cookies are good, not great, but decent. Some odd flavors like lemon and chocolate (gross by the way)

$5 for a cookie better be not only huge but delicious. These are neither. Slightly bigger than average cookies, fresh? No. Delicious? Def not! Service? What service? Ambience? Am I in a weed shop or cookie shop? Snickerdoodle literally inedible. OG cookie has a weird flavor profile def not a reg choc chip cookie flavor, the rest are too weird to even think about spending $5 to try. Risk to reward is too slim to return.

The cookies here are amazing! The chocolate chip is my favorite but they have so many more options. The kids now want to go every time we drive by. The service was great, friendly staff and fun looking place with all the bright colors.

What a clever play on words! The Cookie Plug isn't your typical pastel-colored, cute, and fuzzy cookie shop. It's got a different vibe, with a playful stoner theme that's evident in its unique naming conventions. For instance, if you want cookie dough to take home, they humorously call it a "Kilo".Their cookies? Absolutely delightful. Just a quick zap in the microwave, and they're as warm and gooey as fresh-baked. I've often taken a dozen to events like Thanksgiving, and they've always been the star of the dessert table. I've even tried their take-home dough for baking, and it's a treat. Speaking of treats, their mini cookies in special containers are a cheeky nod to their theme, and they're just as delicious. Now, a tiny concern: I've encountered plastic wrap folded into the dough on a few occasions. It's a minor hiccup and something I believe they can easily rectify. However, it's essential to be careful. If you're coming here with preconceived notions based on the name or theme, I'd advise you to set those aside and dive into the experience. Understand the brand, enjoy the humor, and most importantly, savor the cookies. Because apart from the little plastic wrap issue, everything else about this place screams fun and flavor.Lastly, friendly customer service goes a long way. And as for the cookies - keep up the fantastic work, Cookie Plug! Can't wait for my next visit.

Love this place ? it really sucks that the Cathedral City location seems to be permanently closed ? high quality place overall ?

Thought I had returned to the 70's. A few cookies (actual cookies, not replicas) lined up on the countertop. Tell the clerk which one(s) you want. Clerk takes cookie(s) off a covered rack behind the counter. Out the door you go. What is going on behind that dark wall? Why is it so dark in the shop? Shouldn't a cookie bakery be bright and cheerful? Almost did not purchase but bought one cookie so I could say I tried one. It was fair to good. Yes, they are big. $5 for a cookie is the going rate it seems. Have not returned.

Menu's on the Internet are incorrect. The weekly deals have been taken away. Cookie prices went up and the store no longer accepts cash. Extremely expensive now the prices have changed dramatically. Hope some of the better deals come back.

I live out of town and Usually go to cookie plug in upland but I was visiting friends and went to the Bermuda location, it was at least 93 degrees with no type of air circulation with a broken ac and a fan that barely blows any air out of it and the air that does come out is hot. The poor cashier was dripping in sweat, the conditions of the heat in that store is inhumane and shouldn't be worked in.
