The cashiers were racist and were making fun of my family because they were speaking Spanish. They were rude and laughed at them. They requested a refund and they didn’t want to issue it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Especially from Jessenia. Corporate was contacted already.

The manager at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was completely rude for no reason and did not want to refund my money. Take your business elsewhere this place is trash just like the manager.

The service is really really bad at this location, the lady taking the order made a mistake and she didn't wanted to correct it so she mad us paid for something that we didn't order, on time I went to get food and it looked like they were training a new guy and he made too many mistakes with our order, I told my wife to check the bag before leaving and we were missing the dressings that we paid for , I have try this location and the one in Palm desert for some reason they usually have really bad customer service , the food is good but the service is horrible

ordered 30 wings for a party on a Sunday at 1:00 pm via GrubHub for pick up at 4:45 pm. Pretty easy. However, luckily I looked at the confirmation EMAIL as it said it would be ready in 40-minutes! I looked at the order again on the GrubHub app and it said ready at 4:45. I immediately called the store and explained. They hadn’t started the order yet so they corrected the pick up time, with no explanation. He was not interested in the fact that the GrubHub app failed to provide the correct time, I guess assuming I entered it incorrectly. The wings were ready when I arrived. I ordered 10 spicy, 10 regular and 10 barbecue. They were hot and tasted good. However, I asked them to keep the three varieties separate, and they were not. They were very messy packed in two styrofoam containers that leaked. I asked for utensils and napkins when placing the order, and did not get any. I did not order any dipping sauces or veggies, and the total was over $50! Wow! Although the wings were good, I will not be ordering from here again. This did not turn out to be as convenient as it should have been, and certainly not affordable. The restaurant itself appeared lacking as did the customer service.

Bro this place is super hit or miss and theyve been missing hard for the last couple months. They serve the dry rub wings in a pool of grease. I ordered the wings theyre half cooked served in a pool of oil. The dry rub cant even stick to the wings because they dont shake the grease off the wings. The food cost 33 dollars and it sucks bad.

Horrible! The food was horrible and the tables all smelled like they were cleaned with a dirty dish towel. Shame on us for not walking out as soon as we walked it. We were literally the only ones in the house. The service was so bad, you could see and hear the staff chatting it up in the back. When my husband mentioned it was our first time to eat a WingStop, the cashier said yeah, it’s really expensive to eat here.
Spacious and Welcoming place. Service is great. People working here are nice. Met with the owner which we did not expect and gave us some brownies. Very humble. A lot respect to him.

I are here because my husband wanted to. We were literally the only ones there (that should have been the first warning). We started to order the guy asked for a name for the order. I looked around, to confirm no one else was around and said Berry. We placed our order and sat down. Then Don, (maybe a regular) walked in, went to the bathroom and came out with us food waiting. He didn’t even pay. The tables are all sticky and the smell is like an old dishrag. It’s disgusting. The bathroom was clean, but I just don’t know what they are doing back there. We finally received our food and it was ok. I can say I’ve eaten at WingStop and will NEVER eat here again.
