If I could give this place zero stars I would. The customer service is a JOKE. The girl who took my order has glasses and dark hair in a pony tail. She is the RUDEST PERSON I have ever dealt with. What the hell is wrong with customer service these days. She should not be working at this restaurant and I hope whomever runs this place will get rid of her. I am literally sitting in the restaurant at 2:00pm on a Sunday so Jessenia when you see this review, it was most definitely you girl. There is no need to treat people the way you do. I was nice and pleasant and you have a huge chip on your shoulder. As we picked up our food she gave us a sarcastic smirk like she did something to my son’s food. If he gets sick I will definitely be pressing charges against you Jessenia.

I purchased the 75 wing pack with veggies, corn and fries. When we arrived at our destination it was discovered the veggies and corn was missing. When we called the manager and she said they couldn't do nothing cause we left the restaurant. This was horrible services and us they were already 20 mins behind when it was supposed to be ready. Dont waste your money here until management improves.

Jeff or Jess the manger here is so unprofessional and can not make the order right after I called and explained that my order was incorrect he proceeded to tell me I had to take all my food back and could not give me my order of fries… the food was not ready on time and my order was incorrect and still payed for food that’s just going in the trash this location is by far the ghetto place

Worst customer service. I ordered delivery, the delivery driver "Pierce", left the bag of food opened on my porch without ringing the door bell. Half the fries missing, (eaten I'm sure).Parking: this place sucks.

By far the worst service, I think I have ever received in the 22 years I've lived in the valley. The employee looked like he/she wanted to fight me. Very unprofessional. I could tell it did not like its job. I'm very unhappy. That should not be allowed.

Ordered online for my family a pretty big order it was about $70 worth of food. We came into the store to pick up the food and when we got home we were missing a 20 piece boneless wings. We tried to call the store 38 times but the phone was off the hook so they never got the call. We came in and explained the situation to the cashier Natalie and even showed her the call log of how many times we called. Natalie politely apologized and went to with our receipt to the kitchen to our manager Steven. The way he belittled her and talked to her was unprofessional. Then he stares at us from the kitchen as if we did something wrong. He sends her back up to ask why we didn't bring the food back, in which we explained to Natalie if someone would have answered the phone we would have known to bring it back but we were unaware. She goes back to the kitchen and he snatched the receipt from her hands and says tell them to wait, puts his airpods back in and just stands there. Doesn't help his team, doesn't do anything but stand there. Natalie comes up and apologizes again, she was the only bright spot of the whole ordeal. While we waited another 30 mins we look in the back and see little kids running around the kitchen playing... to say my experience was horrible would be the nice way of putting things and of course by the time I got home my food was cold.. well except the 20 piece I had to wait an extra 30 mins for

Disgusted by the employees here onOctober 20 ,23 at 11:00 pm I went to pick up my order they were busy I get it but this girl with glasses an employee was being rude not the skinny one the big one was talking smack in Spanish thinking I did not know any and I called her out on it and she stayed quiet , once I did they were in a rush to make my order and gave me trash food horrible sandwich horrible experience racist to their own peopl I will be calling corporate tomorrow and find out who this girl is and make her go viral if she wants to be disrespectful she’ll get it ,
