Came in today to grab a cup of Joe and pick up a too good to go bag on my way to work. And I quickly remembered why my family and I stopped stopping by here. I walked in granted maybe about 20 minutes before closing I was not greeted or asked if I needed help as I was waiting for about five minutes at the pick up counter. All the employees granted were busy doing whatever they were doing, but the barista closest to me. Who’s later name I learned was Kevin, did not come off friendly...

Well this was an interesting coffee run. I stopped in and as I was waiting in line, the cashier approached a man asking him to leave or she’d call the police. Long story short the police come, the shop was packed and we all moved out of the way while the police point their taser at him. We all watched in silence as they eventually convince the man to turn around, and they arrest him and escort him out. It was pretty terrifying. The baristas kept working and no one said a thing....

Visiting from Toronto, Canada and I truly enjoyed my visit to Alfred Coffee. Located not to far from my hotel The Maybourne and makes for a good morning walk.
Rob was amazing in the short time we got to chat and made me feel at home. Atmosphere is great as there's lots of seating and visually appealing items located throughout the store.
Highly recommended if you're seeking a neat coffee shop nearby.
