10/10 try the s’mores cookies!!!

Incredibly delicious and filling. The service from the staff is top-notch, absolutely amazing.

This place is decent all things considered. It’s pricey at $6 for a single cookie but they claim the ingredients are “premium” so I guess it’s understandable. The different flavors are good but overall it’s pretty much on par with a cookie you could make at home for 1/5 the price. In addition I think the soft baked technique they use just results in an underbaked center that’s essentially just gooey cookie dough which I’m not a fan of. My review would be lower because of it but I can appreciate that some people would prefer it that way, I just wish they offered a traditionally baked cookie as well.

I enjoyed the cookies, The customer service was great and I definitely will return. The owner allowed me to taste a new cookie that they were preparing and asked me what would name the cookie, I told him it tastes so good I would call it Munchie Crunchy. or La La.

I'm a sweets/cookie connoisseur and I have been trying to find a good cookie place out in the area for a while now and this place is the best place by a mile🔥 I am absolutely hooked! The smores cookie never disappoints

David was the best salesman, I walked in there thinking I only wanted one cookie and he sold me on four. He was so overly kind and asked me all about my life. 10 out of 10 experience!!!

Very disappointed with the service

Came in on a Friday night specifically craving the s’mores cookie and brought my mom along so she could try the cookies. We asked if it could be warmed up, and the employee was rude about it, asked us to wait, and then still gave it to us unwarmed. Overall, the interaction was disappointing.

I was in LA on business when my daughter discovered this hidden gem in Beverly Hills! Their cookies are beyond delicious! The chocolate chip are the BEST I have ever tasted. And not too pricey for the location & size! It was the best part of my business trip lol. Such a delightful treat!

These unique cookies are truly special & delicious. Nicest staff in town. It's a busy location so good luck finding parking. Great area to walk around & find nice places like this one.

I LOVE Beverly Hills Cookies!!! They are seriously the best cookies in town — every person I’ve recommended them to loves them too. My very favorite is the s’more (a must-try), but honestly you can’t go wrong with any of their cookies. A friend of mine who doesn’t care for sweets had the s’more and now he gets at least one every week. And they have dog treats that my dog is now totally addicted to! She won’t eat her regular food until I give her a cookie 🤣 my dog has a very delicate tummy and the treat doesn’t bother her at all. The staff at BH Cookies are also so wonderful, so friendly (special shout out to Z and Wendy) — it’s just a real pleasure to stop in. They also have more than cookies too, like cookie shakes and root beer floats, so you gotta try those too! The ice cream for the root beer float comes in the shape of a teddy bear 🥰 It’s a very special little shop — do yourself a favor and go to BH Cookies! ❤️

The cookies were really good, and especially Adena was so lovely. The service from the other staff was great too! We really appreciated it. Highly recommended.
