My burger (The S.O.B) was excellent as always, and they still have the best onion rings in the whole city. The service was exceptional — Fernando was incredibly kind and attentive, and it was a pleasure watching how genuinely he cared for other customers too!

Went in to place an order and was told it would take more than 40 minutes for one turkey burger and one kids meal. They could not guarantee when the food would be ready “it could take longer”. This is unacceptable customer service. There is no excuse to ever greet a loyal customer with that upon arrival without a plausible explanation.

Stopped by for lunch and tried the burger. It was okay — I’d give it around 3 to 3.5 stars. The flavor was a bit off because the pickle was way too strong — it really took over the whole bite and kind of drowned out everything else.
On the bright side, the onion rings were excellent — super crispy and full of flavor. Easily the best part of the meal. The fries were good too, just not as standout as the rings.
The staff was friendly, and the service was smooth. Overall, decent experience, but the burger could use a better balance.

I ordered two burgers with fries today through Uber Eats. When the food arrived, I was shocked to see that the burgers had no buns—just lettuce and the patty. The fries were cold and tasted bad. I tried the burger and it was honestly awful: overcooked, dry, and with a very strong, unpleasant flavor. I had asked for barbecue sauce and instead received ketchup.
I called the restaurant to explain the situation, and they told me they couldn’t see my order but would call me back once they found it. They never did.
Very disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering again.
