Great service, I wanted to try everything! Prices were not the cheapest but reasonable. I loved my ice cream just not the flowers. They were extremely bitter
Staff was not too friendly did not provide any suggestions. No customer service whatsoever. Quality of the beverage was amazing.
Bad experience. The barista was on her phone and ignored customers. No greeting, very rude and cold attitude. Our drink was made wrong, overpriced, and not tasty at all. It’s definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place
This place is a overpriced gimmick, disgusting taste to their soft serve. I have worked in the food industry and you can taste they never clean their equipment. Possible mold growth in equipment
Went on a matcha tour, cassetta was one of our stops. The drinks and ice cream are aesthetically pleasing, only the ice cream was good. I got an iced matcha latte with caramel and sea salt foam; the foam didn’t taste like anything, which is fine, but surprisingly the matcha was really warm. The taste was bland; the color was beautiful, but the drink was not good. The taro tea was better than the matcha, not overly sweet but tasted okay. I honestly wouldn’t get either drink again or recommend it. The ice cream though was very yummy. Fresh strawberries was very refreshing, it’s non dairy but very creamy. The ice cream is the only item I would recommend getting . Service was fast, atmosphere was cute, drinks and food was adorable. I would only visit if you want to try this place and want good non dairy ice cream.
Got this last week and it was way too expensive tasted burnt and the foam was the nastiest I ever had. Probably doesn’t clean to well. $40 for two people before the holidays
Was excited to try this place based on the pictures and reviews. I chose the chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich, and it was highly disappointing. The cookie was too thick and extremely hard which made it impossible to bite into the sandwich. I was most excited about the soft serve which was the biggest disappointment of all it was extremely icy, not creamy and was very watery.
Awful and expensive coffee. $25 for 2 burnt cappuccinos + 1 donut. Shocking. Run!
skip. very aesthetic look but taste and price are not worth. there is good street parking though.
Cassetta is such a fun spot if you’re looking for unique drinks and treats. Their menu has so many creative options; from refreshing drinks to desserts and even soft serve ice cream. I tried a couple of their drinks and they were not only delicious but also beautifully put together.
The staff are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. It can get busy at times, but I went when it wasn’t too crowded and the vibe was really nice, bright, airy, and very chill. Plus, they’re pet-friendly, which is always a big plus.
If you’re in the area and craving something on the sweeter side, I definitely recommend stopping by!

Been here couple times a year ago and revisited recently to be utterly disappointed. They served me half melted soft serve and the presentation was not like the pictures :(((
Love this place for a late night sweet treat!!
Nice dessert shop
Artisan soft serve.
The ice cream itself leans more tangy than sweet, with a looser texture rather than the creamy richness you might expect.
The toppings, while beautifully presented and great for photos, don’t add much in terms of flavor — they feel more decorative than functional.
Be prepared to go in knowing it’s more about the concept and look than the indulgent ice cream experience.
Very slow even when no other customers
