Had the donut and the iced matcha latte. Both were good and the latte has a really cute presentation! The ice cream looks really really cute but it isn’t very remarkable. The place looks nice too.

The most notable thing about Cassetta sadly is the really bad service. The young woman behind the counter wasn’t friendly at all. No eye contact or smile even. Pretty sad.

They sell merch.

I call it “art on dessert.” It’s not just about delicious flavors, but also the meticulous decoration that makes it visually stunning. If you’re ever visiting LA, I highly recommend stopping by for a taste — you just might fall in love with it like I did. It’s well worth the wait.

There was a little wait, but overall it was easy to get. The flowers on the soft serve were real, and unfortunately not edible. I figured they were also nontoxic so no harm no foul, but I wish it was made clear the flowers were only for decoration

The shop feels cramped when busy, but it's easy enough to grab and go. Staff is very hard working!
