Don't get me wrong, La Provence is my favorite French patisserie restaurant and Cafe, but the Champ Elysees is the real deal. Food is autentique and delicious. Excellent place for breakfast, lunch or dinner or just enjoy a cup of coffee.
Well...my spaghetti bolognese was excellent...my wife's Turkey melt was just that some turkey and cheese and nothing of note. The lady working the cash register was surly and seemed nailed to her spot at the cash register...so service was self...meaning I had to wait on us!! And the value for the dollar was not here.
Such a broad selection of delicious food! We tried their savory crepes (chicken mushroom and turkey, brie, tomato) and both were very tasty. At first I thought I would take half of my portion home, because it was so big, but we managed to eat the whole thing, because it was so good. The side salad was dressed perfectly and was also quite sizable. My boyfriend had their latte, which was great even without any sugar; and for dessert we had their mango mousse.
