Choumont Vegan in Beverly Hills is honestly one of my favorite spots! They have the most amazing croissants – all of them are filled with this super unique oat-based cream that tastes incredible. I’ve never had anything like it before! Everything is vegan and so delicious. I love that they do something new every weekend, like a special pastry or drink – it’s always fun to see what they come up with. The place has a lot of space to sit, super chill vibe, and the staff is really friendly too. Their coffee is amazing, and I’m obsessed with all their signature drinks. Definitely worth checking out if you're into good food and coffee!

Confused with any reviews below 5 stars, how does it get any better - pistachio, ube, almond croissants and zaatar cheese olive pinwheels were the best I’ve had all over the world. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Why did I just buy salmon and eggs at a vegan restaurant? I ordered blindly because I’ve had vegan salmon before. No, this is animal flesh. Take vegan OFF of your name as you are NOT VEGAN. Vegan = AGAINST animal exploitation.
The vegan breakfast was absolutely delicious—highly recommend trying the rose water croissant!

The only thing that wasn't a hit was the shakshuka. The vegan poached eggs had no flavor and were more of a gimmick. The tomato sauce was fine but nothing special. I'd give it a 5/10. Other than that, excellent pastries! (Which is the point of going there.) The croissants are flaky and I appreciate the generous piping of cream fillings.
Do: Order all your stuff in one go. We wanted to try different things and get stuff to go, so we went to the front to order several times, and each time it was a super long wait. There was basically one person at the front doing everything - taking orders, making coffee, packing online orders, bringing orders to the tables incl, to the non-vegan chaumont next door.... suffice it to say that putting your order in in one go will save you a lot of time.
