Title: Disappointing Food, Great Service - Won't Return "I recently visited this Italian restaurant and was left feeling underwhelmed. The food was subpar, with dishes that lacked flavor and depth. Unfortunately, the culinary experience didn't live up to my expectations. However, the service was top-notch! Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure our glasses were always full. Despite the excellent service, the overrated food and overall disappointment leave me with no desire to return. Sorry to say, but this place didn't quite hit the spot. 2/5 stars "

Destined to be a landmark restaurant in the heart of Beverly Hills, Cipriani is a worthy namesake to the famed Harry's Bar in Venice. With Mahogany Riva paneled walls, impeccable service and savory dishes, Cipriani is worth the visit.

The food was phenomenal, the service was top-class and the environment was great. The management here really knows how to manage this restaurant to an elite level. I enjoyed my time, will be back very soon!

Food is overall with some exceptions good . Service is not there yet! They are not up to the task . Forgetful about order, not bringing everything together, two people eating the other two still waiting?!!!these incidents should NOT be a thing in a legit restaurant. Come on don't give Cipriani a bad reputation !! Read your reviews and fix the problem.. staff responsiveness is a must .

Finally Cipriani is in LA! Best place in town! Amazing service from host to management , good food, gorgeous decor, great ambiance, and even beautiful restroom area. Only thing I would change is make martinis in a martini glass. Favorite place and my go to place for any reason.

Horrible food. That's all I got to say. Only thing good was the iced latte and dessert.

Was super excited to try the place out since we visited the New York location. Service isn't the best but the food was delicious. We started off with the Steak Tartar and the Petrossian Caviar. Both were very delicious and fresh. The Branzino was amazingggg! We had the cucumber salad which was "ehh" not too special. The lobster pasta was also really good. For dessert we had the Meringue cake which is my FAVORITE! Would definitely visit again.

Wow. I was so excited for Cipriani to open in LA. First this location is terrible. Awful real estate. Awful street. Menu is much smaller than other Cips globally, but still most of the classics which are consistent with other locations globally. But my god this is the absolute worst service I've ever had at any restaurant in LA much less any other cipriani globally. My waitress was either asleep or high. Never once came over to check in. Had to flag down every single time we needed anything. Kitchen was incredibly slow. Every other table seemed to have attentive staff and the bus staff was great but this waitress. Awful.... Awful awful.

Our regular Cipriani's is Las Vegas and NY (Harry Cipriani on 57th). Both are incredible locations. Great food. Great service. Outstanding management. With that as the backdrop, I was excited to try the new Beverly Hills location. It wasn't bad but it also wasn't good. The food was consistently good. The service was more transactional. The management team was consumed with the talking to each other and hugging staff. Even though the restaurant was basically empty, not a single manager engaged with us. A manager, young lady, who seated us seemed annoyed that she had to seat guests. I always enjoy Cipriani for personal, client and company dinners. There are much better places to visit in Beverly Hills. This was my first and last visit. Again, not that it was bad but it also wasn't good. This location needs a lot of help on the management side.

Please ignore all these bad reviews. I hardly write bad reviews and the last time I wrote a review was a while ago. It really takes an awful Experience or an AMAZING Experience to get me to write a review and despite all the bad reviews , ROBERTO made Our night , amazing service and hospitality. He said he came from the vegas location and will be going back soon. He was just perfect. The food was amazing , everything just amazing. I am extremely picky and this place really made my experience come true. Roberto today raba my friend. Thanks and shalom. You are the man. From South Africa to Israel this guys knows how to entertain the international community ! You rock brother !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Made reservations. We were greeted at the door and seated promptly. Waiter was explanative of menu items and "dishes they were known for" I took his advice upon ordering and was not disappointed. Food was full of flavor and our adult beverages were a delight. I had the carrot cake for dessert and highly recommend! Ambiance was nice and quaint. Dark with "candle light". Busy place.

Not worth the hype or the price. Some food was good and some was mediocre. What's not acceptable is a bartender at a restaurant like this not knowing how to make an old fashion. Service was great.

I have been here multiple times since the opening and never had a bad experience, from staff, to food, service it's been exceptional... same with the Miami and London cipriani... its has always been one of my favorite restaurants. Well that all came to a sudden halt last night when we were kept waiting over 45mins for our table. Eric the manager was in wayyyy over his head but his lack of simple manners and bad attitude made for a destroyed evening. I understand it's a busy restaurant, some tables don't leave as quickly as expected and delays are always a possibility. That wasn't my issue, what my issue was is that when we asked Eric how long he thinks it will be until our table is ready he shrugs his shoulders and in the most dismissive tone says "we are busy, who knows?!" followed by an eye roll!! Well that was not only uncalled for but completely unprofessional of any restaurant manager let alone a manager of a high end restaurant like Cipriani! The entire evening and experience could have been salvaged had he simply said we apologize for the wait but some tables are taking longer than expected and we overbooked, is there anything I can get you I'm the meantime as we hope to seat you as soon as possible (or something along those lines). Don't forget we are talking about 45mins PAST our reservation time, not 10 or 15 mins. I tried to help him as did my friend by gently explaining we would have appreciated an apology that is all, as would the other guests who overheard us taking with Eric and of course agreed... some had been waiting over an hour past their reservation time!! No matter how many opportunities Eric has to simply apologize he refused to do so and continued to shrug his shoulders and argue with guests who were now not only hungry but also fed up. My friend and I ended up ordering an Uber and eating at Madeo where I wish we had origanally gone in the first place, we welcomed in and treated like valued guests, unlike Cipriani! It really saddens me to leave this review as I mentioned I love the other locations however I can officially say the Beverly Hills location has now been ruined for me and judging by all of these other reviews I'm not the only one. If this location is to survive at the bare minimum please reconsider your manager and hire someone who actually gives a s*#t!
