Everything we expected - plus a chat with the man himself. First class steak. Good small starters (eg Japanese mackerel). Lovely chocolate soufflé dessert. Good selection of wines by bottle and glass. Bill for 3 with limited wine c$800. Service excellent. Ambience smart, though there were jeans and even some shorts! Background music but never loud. Excellent.

The aged duck was sensational. Haven't been back here since the pandemic....until tonight. Food just as good. Service team also did a great job. It's just not as busy as what I remembered. Still a great place to have a meal.....

We went to Cut in London and I have to say they knew how to cook the meat in LA the meat is charred grill and loosing all its flavor . Very very disappointing especially when you see the bill

Excellence in every manner with the exception of the martini. Highly recommend sending the bartenders to shadow the bartenders in the hotel.

Service was impeccable, bread board was fantastic, beef tartare and crab cake was note. ribeye steak quality is at par at best. We order medium rare but was overbooked. Cheese cake was so so, cookies is much better.

We had a stellar experience celebrating a birthday! The entire staff was gracious and made our first visit very special and thoughtful. Service was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

Steak not as good as usual. Better starters. Impersonal and distant service. What leaves me most confused is that even though I've been going to CUT for 15 years, every time a new person asks me if it's my first time. Don't they have a CRM?

Although the kitchen had an off night, which can happen anywhere on occasion, the management really stepped up by reaching out to us. Our prior experiences have been so exceptional that their off night was a disappointment. However, their response was just as exceptional as our prior dinners at CUT. Very few, if any, restaurants would reach out to understand our concerns. Truly service above and beyond. A special experience restaurant that we'll look forward to returning.

Great experience overall! Food and service were excellent! Our server Paul was awesome; very attentive and took his time in going though the menu and answering our questions.

The Dine LA menu was delicious, the duck with crispy rice was incredible, and the steak was perfect. Service was very attentive and friendly, and Wolfgang Puck and Chef Rosenberg were nice enough to take a photo with us. The portions were also satisfying, which you sometimes don't see at other restaurants during Dine LA. Thanks for a memorable birthday dinner!

Ricardo is the best! Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience to celebrate our anniversary.

What’s the point of responding if you don’t actually have any action behind it I don’t understand how this Restaurant is still in business??

Ian GM- never responded back to my message. What’s the point of reaching out to our reviews and not having any actions? Are you trying to fake the people that you’re interested in solving the problem? Seems that Cut establishment really doesn’t care about its customers.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! last thing I wanna do is go complain about this world renowned chef’s restaurant. Where do we start?

I don’t mind spending to have a good time.

What I don’t like is when you forced me to order for 5 people everything at once!!

What if I want an extra salad, or what if I changed my mind and what kind of dessert I wanted ? Or type of wine to complement my meal. Being forced to be stuck like that is so irregular.

We we ordered a good portion of foods the $195 plate of truffle gnocchi tasted like the bottom of somebody’s shoe and the steaks came out cold. I could’ve gone to McDonald’s and got warmer tempered meat. Because of my guests I couldn’t open my mouth and show disrespect of returning the food or at least this disgracing it. We were just eating the small portions and couldn’t wait to get out.

I did share with the server how bad the experience was, but when you were with the guest, you can’t express how the true experience is if you understand. My professional recommendation and I spend over six figures just eating out annually.

Fair warning don’t come here whatever the hype is or was completely disaster. Food is poorly prepared. Meat comes out COLD wine taste like it came from a paper box, & service is irregular. I have to keep flagging down different people to get basic necessities like a spoon. There was a back busser Tim. He was amazing. He kept coming the table filling our water.

But for $1000 meal, what a waste of my time never again fair warning don’t come.
