What’s the point of responding if you don’t actually have any action behind it I don’t understand how this Restaurant is still in business??

Ian GM- never responded back to my message. What’s the point of reaching out to our reviews and not having any actions? Are you trying to fake the people that you’re interested in solving the problem? Seems that Cut establishment really doesn’t care about its customers.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! last thing I wanna do is go complain about this world renowned chef’s restaurant. Where do we start?

I don’t mind spending to have a good time.

What I don’t like is when you forced me to order for 5 people everything at once!!

What if I want an extra salad, or what if I changed my mind and what kind of dessert I wanted ? Or type of wine to complement my meal. Being forced to be stuck like that is so irregular.

We we ordered a good portion of foods the $195 plate of truffle gnocchi tasted like the bottom of somebody’s shoe and the steaks came out cold. I could’ve gone to McDonald’s and got warmer tempered meat. Because of my guests I couldn’t open my mouth and show disrespect of returning the food or at least this disgracing it. We were just eating the small portions and couldn’t wait to get out.

I did share with the server how bad the experience was, but when you were with the guest, you can’t express how the true experience is if you understand. My professional recommendation and I spend over six figures just eating out annually.

Fair warning don’t come here whatever the hype is or was completely disaster. Food is poorly prepared. Meat comes out COLD wine taste like it came from a paper box, & service is irregular. I have to keep flagging down different people to get basic necessities like a spoon. There was a back busser Tim. He was amazing. He kept coming the table filling our water.

But for $1000 meal, what a waste of my time never again fair warning don’t come.

Great place to check out if you want to spoil yourself, your significant other, family or even a business meeting. This place really checks all the boxes when it comes to food, service, and ambiance! 10/10. Went for GF birthday dinner.

The Michelin guide was right to recommend this restaurant!
So first, parking is super easy. Simply leave it at the valet. With the restaurant validation, you only pay 15 USD.
Next, the restaurant per se is pretty, properly arranged, nothing exaggerated. There's ambient music which happened to be really enjoyable. Our waiter, Cesar, was fabulous, explaining us everything, giving recommendations, allowing us to taste some of the drink before we chose.
Regarding food... We ordered the lobster gnocchis, the A5 Wagyu New York strips (which melted literally in your mouth) and the full main dish lobster with a side of truffle french fries.
Believe me, best experience we have had in our lives.
Last, the little details... we celebrated my wife's birthday and the staff was very aware of it. I didn't have to say anything (besides the note into the reservation through OpenTable) and everybody was congratulating her. Plus, for the desert they added a little birthday message and a candle for her to make a wish.

My wife reminded me of some important details I forgot to include here 😅... First, we were lucky to meet the chef (Wolfgang Puck)... He shook our hand and that definitely made our experience even better.
Last... Desserts. We got the chocolate soufflé and the chef's cookies. Both were amazing but I think the most amazing (for me) was the fact that my wife went crazy for the cookies! She loved them! She even wants us to go back just for more cookies!

Great atmosphere all around. Ricardo guided us to exactly what we wanted. Dessert was a must, and Rob’s wine notes were super helpful!

Good food, good service, good decor, overpriced.

I had high hopes for this place, but it was a huge letdown. The food was absolutely horrible—completely lacking in flavor. Honestly, it reminded me of something you'd get at Outback Steakhouse, and not in a good way. I definitely do not recommend eating here. If you're looking for a great meal, go to BLVD Steak instead—100% better.

The wines are offensively upsold. Normal RRP to restaurant inflation is 200-300%. My glass of Laurent Perrier was marked up by 600%. The highest price gauging I’ve ever seen at any restaurant in any country.
The atmospherr and service were fantastic.
Complimentary bread was nice, but kind of like a cheese scone? Very unique.
I feel the steak tartare was really lost to the overwhelming amount of onion in it. I couldn’t taste anything else. The steak was also so fine it was almost minced which I feel doesn’t do the meat justice as it’s basically a puree.
I really enjoyed the burrata. There was sweetness and saltiness and the accompanying prosciutto and asparagus were really lovely.
The Australian 9+ Wagyu rib eye was the best steak I’ve ever had. It was cooked to perfection, seasoned perfectly and just so tender. Also cut wins the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. So insanely buttery and fluffy and just perfect.
The complimentary sweets were divine, particularly the caramel blonde. Wolfgang was also checking on every table (not introducing himself or anything just appearing like a normal worker) which I think was really special.

Wolfgang MIA. This should be a no holds barred fantastic experience. Unfortunately, the only fantastic part of this meal was the great staff and service. The steaks were overcooked and charred with way to much salt. The endive salad was covered in salt. The bread was excellent but $26. Wine was good but a Pinot for $260 is a little steep. Overall the staff and ambiance are great the food is mediocre. For this high end a place, I would expect a much better meal.

What an incredible anniversary experience my wife and I had. Even being coincidentally sat at the actual table where we got engaged years ago was very special. The staff was amazing as always, and Wolf even came by to wish us a happy anniversary which was pretty cool. This has long been my favorite overall restaurant by far, and it still holds the title. Can't wait to go back again.

Wonderful experience again. Service is always superb and food is great...portions are small, but well worth it. Great place to connect with someone special. Always at the top of my list of considerations.

For the price and reputation of the restaurant, we expected flawless food and service. But the filet we ordered medium was delivered well done. Considering this is a steak house, one would have expected that the chef would be able to grill a steak at the requested temperature. While we got a replacement only after we showed the mistake ( the waiter initially said the edges might be darker than the middle), the consolation we received afterwards was —to paraphrase— we'll get it right the first time, next time. The bone-in ribeye was good, but I've had better for half the price. There's a risk you'll pay way too much for a mediocre experience.

Absolutely delicious! Incredible service! This is one of the best restaurants you'll ever dine at.

Incredible experience to celebrate family birthdays. Steaks were the best we've had. Caviar service could have been presented better. Everything else was 5 stars.
