First, the good: the pita bread is excellent! Soft, fluffy, and up to the task of holding the variety of condiments that come on the pita by default. The sauces, particularly the fenugreek amba and the sḥuq, are welcome additions. They really load the chicken on the pita, and all the other pickled toppings are nice. This place has amazing chicken Shawarma. The consistency between both locations is amazing. Great use of spices and they really know how to make a great shawarma plate pita combo. Been going here for months now and I thought it will only be fair to post this review since they’re really know how manage a great restaurant.
