The food is not worth it, pretty basic. My table was forgotten a lot, maybe ignored, not sure. Not sure why. The manager wasn't very nice. I overheard the Manager be very rude to the next door owner when he asked if they asked if they could not block their store front. That put an extra bad taste in my mouth. This was a while ago, but I recently remembered what a terrible experience I had. I was so uncomfortable.

I'm so disappointed that Edo is caving in to serve the Uber rich instead of the community! The Edo Bites on Brighten Way has been converted into a "private dining space" for the adjacent restaurant. Gone is the wonderful cafe where locals gathered every morning. Thanks a lot Eduardo, you've let us down!

Cute and yummy pastries. Bought a small bundle of cookies to-go. The staff was kind and courteous to let me use their restroom on the second floor! Very sweet ladies. Must come back for their sandwiches and coffee.

Terrible service started at register when ordering. Asked me if I wanted to take my croissant to my table after letting me know she can only take me as " order at the table service" , although i had clearly just ordered at the register.

Terrible customer service, I went in today and the short girl waiter working at 3:45 glared at me and didn't even say hello or ask if I needed a table, She didn't even say "you're welcome" when I said "thank you" after I got my food to go. I've never had such rude service in a restaurant. You are a waitress... maybe look at your job description again before you clock in. Thank you.

This review is for the Manhattan eatery. This was my second visit; first was for coffee, pastries and breakfast. Service was amazing food was tasty but not amazing. Tonight we went back for salads, pizza and the special corn ravioli. We received 5 pillows of ravioli for 16.00. I could not eat it due to so much butter-the salads were lackluster and the pizza sauce was a slippery sweet mess. The stars of this place are the staff. Will go back for coffee pastries but that is all.

Left here feeling like someone robbed me. It's absolutely wrong to charge someone $17 dollars for one of their sandwiches. I ordered the roast beef. I ate it in a few bites and felt like a FOOL. No substance, no justification. I'm pissed.
