Euro Caffe Beverly Hills

The couple that works here which I assume are the owners are the most rude and unpleasant people you will encounter in whole Beverly Hills! I am a local and gave this place few tries because of the nice location but will never go back again! They act like they want to fight their customers and the first thing they tell you is that you cannot use the tables to have coffee as it is only for those who eat. The moment you approach the counter they are so unwelcoming that it feels toxic!
I do not understand how they are still open!
If you are visiting, stay away! There are so many wonderful cafes in BH with great customer service.

Best coffee in Los Angeles.

Nice courtyard with big screens outside where you can catch some games.

I’m a Roma fan and was lucky to catch my team playing on the courtyard tv’s as I sipped the amazing espresso.

Fraudulent business owner engages in false advertising and overcharges customers and hopes they won’t notice because he’s in Beverly Hills. I ordered a double shot regular whole milk iced latte which is listed on his menu for $6.50. When he rang it up it was $9.67. No other surcharges were posted anywhere. When I asked him why, he said “because it was a double”. I then pointed to the menu above his head which showed $6.50 for a double. He then said it was because of tax. He said “next time you should ask me about it first before you order.” I walked away then came back a few minutes later and asked him, “Could you please explain to me again how we went from $6.50 to $9.67?” He then became very angry, grabbed the iced latte away from me, pulled $9.75 in cash out of the register, slapped it into my hand and said “now you never come back again!” Um…needless to say, I never will, and neither should anyone else. I believe I caught him red-handed, and that most customers don't even realize he is ripping them off, because they expect higher prices in Beverly Hills. Don't be a "sucker" - go somewhere else!

Terrible service! They SLAM the lunch sign in front of your face at the end of breakfast- forcing you to get up. WILL NEVER RETURN. Do NOT eat there!!!!

UNACCEPTABLE Customer Service. Came to check this place for “ good European vibes and hospitality”.
When I asked for the table outside, the reply from the owner was: “Will you order food? I have a policy to give a table outside only if you order food.”
-“Probably”, I replied being in shocked with such hospitality.
Then the owner replied: “Probably-is the fly on the wall. Can you get out outside and wait because I have to serve my people.”

I went to a different restaurant to have my lunch.

If you’re looking for the high quality place with respectful customer service, don’t waste your time and find another place.
There are a lot in Beverly Hills.

This place is SO underrated. I have been coming to Euro Cafe for years and the sandwiches are some of the best in LA. The staff are so incredibly kind and truly passionate about food. I recommend all of the sandwiches, pastries, and delicious coffee here as well as the atmosphere.

I am obsessed with this place, the food is delicious also the coffee is absolutely Italian? If you really love REAL coffee this is the right place for it. Also the patio outside it’s incredibly relaxing with a cool vibe between the front stores which reminds me the cafeteries from Portofino.

This IS the best cafe ever!!! Nothing else in the U.S. compares to the delicious and uniqueness of this place. Truly in a league of its own!! I live out of state ( unfortunately) but will make a trip there every chance I get! The best place ever and the owners are the greatest people who have created a true gem! I will forever be a loyal customer!!!XO
