DO BETTER! Let me just start out by saying this location sucks. The service from the beginning was not good. I made a reservation for dinner & was seated for about 15 mins no one came to the table until I waved someone down. Finally ordered, took about 30 minutes for the steak to come out & no sides nor plates. Finally someone notices we don't have plates and brings us some. We eventually stopped eating because it wasn't the same with without the sides. Just steak. No bread, nothing. There was an incident with the server Eddie (short, Latino server) that had an unpleasant attitude. He went as far as mocking me when simply asking for a box. Chill out. You're server! Serve your guests or find a different job if you think you're above your guests.. he should be freshened up on hospitality in a restaurant with the prices they have. Moral of the story go to their downtown location if you're craving FOGO DE CHAO! 0/10 never returning to this location & neither should you! Save yourself the $$$
Our entire family always enjoyed Fogo and felt it was a good value. But now something has changed in the quality of the food and the prices that left us feeling like it wasn't so great after all. Sadly, it will be our last visit to Fogo.
The service was a little slow bringing the skewers of food. The regular servers, bring ng drinks and clearing dishes were good.
I went on my own and had the worst experience my server did not check on me until I was ready to check out. As I saw her going back and forth to a table that was a larger group. I ordered a the crab cake and never received. When I asked for my bill I asked for the that to be removed since I never got. She was surprised and apologized and told her manger and gave me a dessert and I politely rejected since I don't have a sweet tooth. They didn't take no as an answer I left it there since they kept ignoring me and my request. I don't recommend coming alone you'll have more attention if you come with another person/group.
None of the meats were coming to the table they just want you to get full on the salad bar
I was so surprised at the lack of service here. Not one person offered to refill our water or ask us how we're doing or ask for second round of drinks, etc. the entire service. The meat also took forever to start coming around to our table. Even when they gave us the dessert menu they took 10-15 mins to come back and ask if we actually wanted any. The buffet was also kinda sad and some of the items didn't look fresh. So surprised for spending $75 per person. The meat was good though. The picanha and bone-in ribeye were the best. Oh and I also put on my reservation that we were there for a birthday but nobody acknowledged it. Really bummed and surprised about the experience. 😕
I'll make it simple, food was TERRIBLE! 6pm on a Thursday. First they wouldn't come around and when they brought the skewers it was the lowest quality you could imagine, all well done temperatures, and only the low grade cuts. Words can't explain it. We spoke to the manager and they went back and brought the same skewers out again literally. It was actually insulting. We finally gave up and left for somewhere else. I've been going to Fogo since they opened, but I'm afraid we witnessed the demise of this chain. We will never go back! Only regret I have is not having taken pictures of the meat to post.
Marina, the manager, is the best. She makes sure that we are always taken care of. The best Gaucho is Raymundo. Hands down. He cooks the best meat. The whole team at Fogo Beverly Hills is amazing.
My family frequently dines at Fogo de Chao but this recent brunch was a disappointing. Many dishes were not refilled, during the entire time (over one hour) we were there. Not sure if the omelette bar was self-serve but it was an unappetizing mess. We are going to stick with Pasadena location as Beverly Hills was disappointing to us. Must note that our server was attentive.
Constantly being overlooked for the proteins. Would only get the dried out ends. I had to spit out the pork because it was so dry. A VERY disappointing experience

I've been to two other locations, but this one has been by far my worst experience. I put in reservations over a week in advance for a party of 5. We were on vacation and excited to celebrate my friend's birthday. Our server checked in on us for our first 30 minutes, and got our drinks, but after that he completed avoided our table. Not only that, but the chefs only went to our table a few times at the beginning, and then also started to avoid our table. Literally the tables next to us would get meat after meat and we wouldn't even get looked at. When I stood up to ask a server why we weren't being served, he said that they were busy. I understand that, but not when it's a weekday, there are empty tables, and servers and managers chit chatting by the kitchen doors, avoiding tables for over 30 minutes. Another server said that we could request cuts of meat and honestly that only seemed to make it worse, cuz who were we going to request it from? Our actual server was still ignoring our table and avoiding eye contact. Everyone at our table was hungry, had our cards faced up green, and drinks completely empty. The manager was talking to a table nearby laughing and at least we got his attention so we can see a dessert menu and get my friend's birthday treat. The worst part is, after dessert (still absolutely thirsty for not having anything to drink), we waiting another 20-30 before we could waive someone down to hand us the check! I had half a mind to just walk out if the staff didn't care to turn over the table or make any money. And FYI, the servers won't tell you, but if you ask for water you'll end up paying $24 for something you thought was included. Same for all their sides they place on the table. Ridiculous
I give 3 stars not because of service the thing is they posted on instagram an ad that for limited timed they have the special the best of brazil for $49/$54 but when you request that promotion it excludes the best meats. So im disappointed for the tricks they have to bring customers. .but other then that all was great.
We enjoyed our server so much. All of the staff was super friendly. I think my dining preference has changed over the years . I would definitely recommend this place to people. It's just no longer my cup of tea.
Long story short — we left hungry. The servers with the meat barely come to our table and the meats that we'd be served were the same thing which was filet. We were at our table for 2.5 hours and barely ate. Imagine that. Yikes.
It was great even tho with reservation I had to wait least an hour I know it was Mother's Day however I've never had to wait before when booking Not so happy about it but hey it happens right
