Just tried this place for the first time, and wow! This place is so good!!!!! I had a giant spicy eggplant slice, and it was perfectly proportioned --with the best sauce and crust you will find in LA for a NY style pizza. And the spicy eggplant was delicious with the perfect amount of spiciness and not greasy like eggplant pizza can be sometimes. I never knew why New Yorkers (who haven't tried this place) complained about LA pizza until I tried this slice of pure NY style pizza perfection. I've never tasted better NY style pizza here (and maybe not even in NY!) Try it--you will love it! Already wishing I bought an entire pizza instead of a slice!

This pizza crust is on par with Pizzeria Mozza's crust. The ingredients are all premium. For example, the pepperoni slices were extra large and their flavor was just a cut above the pepperoni flavor I expected. Zero flop on the crust. My only complaint was the price and the small size of the pie. I will order again. BTW, don't forget to order something sweet. Full Proof Pizza is part of Lodge Bread, which is easily one of the better bread makers in LA and their pastries are just about perfect. I recommend the double chocolate and chocolate peanut butter cookies. The monkey bread and the cinnamon rolls are both very special. The carrot olive oil cake is perfect. Heck, you can enjoy the pizza and save the pastry for breakfast.

Pizza was good and would have enjoyed more sauce and cheese closer to the crust so it could have less just bread which on the other hand is one bomb baking right there. The chicken wings very fresh but too much fat on it and just fresh , which I put in air fryer few minutes and wallah . These are all besides the delicious tomato sauce and good cheese and ❤️‍ BUT we also need our thin crust Habibi

Was happy to see Fullproof replace Dominos as I live up the street. But it turns out this is just another chain, the pizza is not very good and much more expensive. Nice that they have several vegetarian options. They call this New York style pizza but they don't offer slices? Pizza was really really dry, not a lot of toppings, hard crust. Very disappointed in our $28 18" pizza. And the people who work there have no idea what the silly name means

Just tried this pizza for the first time today! Had it delivered since we live close by. It was absolutely delicious! And the 80's vibe marketing / logo definitely makes it that much cooler. Big fan! Will be ordering any time we get pizza!

Wow-- this is GOOD pizza!! Came last night for the first time. It's a small place with a few tables outside. This will definitely become my new pizza place. The vegan Caesar salad was also fantastic.

Great new addition to the neighborhood! Pizza is delicious! Especially love the Margherita and Potato Pizza! The vegan Ceasar is also delicious. Highly recommend!

I would call this Artisan bread Pizza. Pretty decent , but LA pizza scene has gotten pretty competitive in recent years and there are other pizzerias nearby that are equally good or even better. Predict Dave Portnoy would give it a 6-7.

I should have known better when they opened in a location formally occupied by DoMinos. As a former New Yorker I can tell you this was not New York pizza. The crust was think and like cardboard. I was so hopeful. Well I can cross this pace off my list. Roberta's it's not

Love love loveeeee restaurants with great service and food! Everything about this place did not disappoint! We went with the spicy sausage pizza and it was delicious, but the bbq chicken was calling my name! Will have to try it next time I'm in the area

BEST PIZZA IN LA. Blown away by the quality of the dough and their ingredients. They let you order 1/2 and 1/2's and mix things up. I also love the 80's decor. It's the best every day pizza shop in the city.

People like to talk about fluff, thickness or thinness of crusts. The secret is actually in the exact amount of AIR inside the dough. This is an art- the ingredients, the precise number of kneads and the exact amount of seconds the dough forms into a perfect crust in the oven. Full Proof nails this. They are AIR perfectionist. Part crunch, part Italian perfection, part Sicilian cloud. Ciao Bella this pie! So happy to see this new elevated but simple pizza joint in the neighborhood and that small businesses are opening again post COVID in California. I heard the owner just had their third baby a few months ago! Let's show them our support, eat this delicious pie and put our dough into the local dough- not domino's.

Wow! I can't believe how delicious and wonderful this pizza is! While traveling we decided to stop here and we were not disappointed!! We got the classic margherita and a spicy sausage pizza and BOY my kids were OBSESSED! Family friendly, amazing owners, and delicious pizza? This place is EVERYTHING I want in a pizza joint!
